Shower was broken and no concern from management. Did nothing.

Hotel is scary. Lobby smell like weed and it was dirty from front to back. The room was stuffy and as I walked in I noticed a roach running round the floor. Then in the bathroom it was full of roaches all round. We counted about 20 of them in the tub and crawling up the wall. The final straw was they were in the bed and on the pillows. Don’t stay here unless you want to take roaches with you.

The desk clerk that check me in was very nice. The room was good size for the price but the room had a very bad smell in it. The carpet was dirty and in bad shape. Wall and ceiling had damage. Bathroom was nice size but there was lots of water damage on the ceiling and mold and the towels were small and thin. When I reserved the room it was suppose to have coffee maker , iron and ironing board. None of these items were in room. All the hallways looked dirty also. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a 1 1/2. I will never go there again

I did not expect much from this hotel anyway, But the building needs TLC.

Very dated. Entire place smelt dust, and smoke. Beds hard, springy. Furniture looked like what you would find at a garage sale.

My biggest complaint was the check-in process. They only had one person working and the couple in front of us took quite a long time to check in. Either they need to hire a second desk clerk or speed up the check-in process. otherwise it was a good stay. Good value for the money.

The stool in our room had pee on it from a previous guest, the hotel itself is a little more than outdated. The tub didn't drain after my shower, so my husband was unable to shower. We waited for it to go down for 2 hours and it still wasn't down. One lamp in our room didn't work at all, so it was very dark in there. Plus the old school alarm started buzzing at 1 am, who in the world sets them for that hour. And let's not forget our 2 wake up calls at 3 am that we didn't request. Office chair would start off high enough, but gradually fell down and made working on the computer almost impossible Breakfast was lackluster at best, frozen danish, cereal, waffles but they weren't even that great. It was a sleepless in Lexington night and not a hotel I would stay in again.

Husband got bit by bed bugs. Didn’t get any sleep due to loud people outside smoking talking loudly and heater did not work.

Needs to be up dated desperately. Glad it was only a one night layover.
