Rosslyn Inn and Suites

Very nice staff and clean

Hotel staff was great. Upon entry our room smelled strongly of smoke so they immediately moved us to an upgraded room and had someone dispatched to take care of the room before we even left the front desk. Room had no carpet which is nice for pet friendly. Only complaint would be that the bar and grill closes at 8pm so we had to look elsewhere for a late meal.

Hotel itself was great. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, nice lobby, good location, etc. Unfortunately there were rowdy guests on my floor that were slamming doors all night, people yelling, and I could hear the people next door through the walls. My bad for forgetting my ear plugs.

We have stayed at the Rosslyn Inn for over 8 yrs. We know it has the old neighbourhood feel. However I feel they need to put a gadget on the elevator and stairs that allows only guests to enter the floors. Two nights in a row we were woken up to loud patrons in their rooms and kids running down the hall and a group of people trying to find the party in 209. When I called though the concern was handled right away with security. Cleanliness was ok. I found a wine glass with red wine on it and the staff need to vacuum under the chair and sofa cushions. The staff are always very nice. The Canyon Grill is also why we stay there too. The food is always good and service is wonderful. Also to state before I had to ask for a discount the staff already had a gas card for me for the bad sleep we had during our stay.

I like that it’s pet friendly, the Canyon Grill has wonderful and enjoyable fare. The staff is knowledgable and friendly

Had a pretty good stay. They stressed no smoking but the elevator reeked of weed and the room smelled like cigarette smoke, and there was someone elses hair stuck to the shower wall. Wouldn't recommend staying out too late as there are very sketchy people hanging out on the premises.

Its located in a very busy neighborhood. Accessing the hotel from from North bound can be challenging

We choose this hotel because it is pet friendly. There were drug addicted and prostitutes all over the hotel. Didn’t even feel safe in the room. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever. Worst hotel experience.
