Palladium Business Hotel

We checked in late Monday morning and the staff very friendly. Surprisingly the bed was comfortable but no small washcloth to bath with so using big hand towel. Next morning we had to walk 9 flights of stairs. Today is check out day but received a phone call at 9:30am that they wanted access to the room to do service but I said we are checking out at noon. The gentlemen hung up the phone on me. Someone knocked the door 30mins later to check fire alarm. Power went out as we were packing up our things. Once again 2 elevators are out if service and worker using the 1 functional elevator. Down I go again down 9 flights of stairs with my suitcase. Went back up to my room to get the rest of our things. Staff didn't apologize for the inconvenience. Printer not working to print receipt. He said everthing is paid but we ordered food one day which was charged to our room. We could of left without paying since it wasn't charged, paid in cash. This a buy or beware hotel. We are now staying and Hampton amazing staff and good exactly what I am paying for. Nice hotel close to the beach but my opinion is 3 Star

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was a very relaxing few days. The staff was super friendly and it was great that they even had bikes for their guests to use. My only wish was to be able to use the pool. I believe that I will have to come back later in the summer to be able to use it.

As always, I had an excellent stay in this hotel which I visit frequently for my business trips

This hotel was out dated but it looks like they are trying to fix it up. They gave us a smoking room when we requested a non smoking room. They said they would change us but never did and we were there for a week. They advertise airport pick up with a fee and we contacted them twice with no response. The pool was dirty. Breakfast was to run till 11 each morning and one morning we were there at 9:30 and they were our of eggs shortly after a server came around and said breakfast was ending because they had a big event at 11. There was no notice at all. Later we were told there was no room service because of an event. It was close to the ocean and mall which were nice.

Very nice stay overall, very comfortable king size bed with comfort pillows and comforter....Great, actually excellent area of Montivedo two blocks from the Ocean, five blocks from great shopping mall (Shopping Montivedo)...great restaurants nearby. Breakfast was disappointing, but the larger than normal room as well as the comfort of the room made up for any disappointment of the food. Big and clean bathroom...Staff was pleasant. Internet is Not Good at all. But again, for the value and what we paid was very nice and would stay again. We stayed for a week. The hotel is renovating and due to this, I will give them a pass for the bad internet and any noise as well as a little extra dirt. Building is charming but old....the old is what makes it charming such as the woodwork....

The staff here are very friendly and helpful . Close to the La Rambla and Montevideo shopping centre . The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of many different foods . The room was always tidied to a high standard . They also have bikes to use free of charge . Would definitely stay here again .

La verdad es que esta todo bien pero una recepcionista que nos recibio el dia 11, que no tiene el mismo grado de amabilidad que sus compañeros.

El lugar y la habitación espaciosa.no tenia garage .los ascensores dejaron de funcionar por un periodo .insuficiente calafaccion .etc
