Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Houston / West Energy Corridor

The room was disappointing, the the table was dirty the tv was outdated the remote was nasty never cleaned the phone didn't work the carpet was disgusting and old the bathroom had pieced of hair around the sink the bed was comfortable that was the only thing I never felt so uncomfortable staying in a hotel in my life and I travel a lot.. the only way I made it is that I brought my Lysol and sprayed and wiped down everything myself and im glad I did and never had to do that before..

Humidity in the rooms, elevator not clean, no breakfast

The only problems were with the desk clerk, my mom asked for a wheelchair accessible shower, she said room was already taken, asked for a shower stool/chair already given away, asked for an extra blanket, they didnt have any.

When I first seen the building built I just knew it was going to be a beautiful place I finally got a chance to stay there years later this past November of 2020 and it's not what I expected at all the building itself the facilities is filthy, my room had stained carpet a broken toilet seat,an a torn and stain filty sofa sleeper and not to mention the dirty stained towels they offer, and the iron board cover as well as the nasty spotted up lamp shades. it desperately needs thorough cleaning.. I actually sanitized the room myself with Clorox plugins air freshener carpet freshener etc. The location is excellent but for the price per night they need to pick up the service/cleanliness and sanitization and the presentation of their facility I think about lowering the price for what they've given or they won't be there long. They will be getting one more chance to prove yourself with another follow-up visit upcoming I have scheduled we shall see

A little hard to find , but a very nice hotel for the price.

Never give bad feedback to anyone, but I have take some time to put this down. This is Very bad experience with this place overall period.

Do not get fooled by the look from the outside which is deceiving, the front desk service left to be desired. Even though the hotel mentions free breakfast there was nothing available, not even lobby coffee. The rooms are run down, moldy shower curtains, ripped chairs in room. The public areas also need uplift and care. It is hard to believe that the rating are so high, should not be more than 5/6.

No tv remote. No housekeeping. Thin walls. No breakfast. Great pool though!!! Renovated rooms Insect problem Power outlets didn’t work half the time. They were short staffed as well.

Reasonable price and in good location. Have a swimming pool and friendlt staffs.
