Extended Stay America - Houston - IAH Airport

The site overbooked the rooms so we did not get the rooms we needed so obviously we are not happy

Make reservation and when arrived i was told they were sold out and had no rooms available so I left. The next morning I received a paypal alert stating the hotel charged me $124.19 and have yet to get in touch with manager of hotel to get refund. But won't stop until I do...

We stayed 5 nights our last night would have been our 10th night eating a few reward night. The manager didn’t accept our reservation wanting us to change the non smoking to a smoking. We reserved the same room every night. They

I don’t remember who checked me in, but she overcharged my debit card, so I had to wait on a refund to go back on my card. When I called the hotel to get it straightened out, I spoke with Chloe, who was extremely rude to me. And what amazed me most was the fact that I was unable to even make outgoing calls from my room. And for someone to call me in my room, they could not even call me directly. All incoming room calls had to go through the Front Desk first, where the young lady who answered told me she was on the wireless phone and didn’t know how to transfer incoming calls to the rooms. So she just left me hanging. Had I been told in advance, such as when I made the reservation, about the current telephone situation, I would not have made the reservation.

Overbooked so i got put in a room that i didn’t pay for. simple toiletries were unavailable aNd the quality of the room wasn’t worth what i spent

Nothing. The outside definitely doesn’t match the inside

This hotel was filthy. It was dirty. Floors made the bottom of my feet black

There was nothing wrong with the room or property. The issue I had was when I requested a change of sheets and clean the room while I was away for an entire day, granted that was Saturday evening til Sunday evening, my request was ignored. I requested service again on Sunday night for Monday, after 7 night stay, again they didn’t get the room clean. I had to go to the front desk again on Monday at 4:30 and insist on house keeping. Went back to the room and waited till 5:00, still no one had come. Went back to the front desk again and asked would they please send someone before all house keeping left and I was told they would send someone right now. Right now turned out to be 5:30.
