Pueblo Bonito Montecristo Luxury Villas - All Inclusive

Lots of use of shuttles. Were super high up in the villas beyond walking distance to anything. View was amazing but far from beach and amenities. Used our private pool almost exclusively.

Absolute luxury! The villas basically have 3 master suites. The access to all the Pueblo Bonito properties and all inclusive is spectacular. Planning another trip to MonteCristo for the spring. Spoiled forever!

Pueblo Bonito Montecristo is simply the best resort I have ever stayed. The property is pristine, the staff could not be better, and the amenities are incredible. The food was so good and the drinks were as well. Shuttles are quick and easy and the staff does an amazing job of helping you. My wife and I were staying for our honeymoon and our personal concierge Adrian Chavez was absolutely incredible. He was the best I have ever seen in the business. This is hands down a 5 star resort with anything and everything you can imagine. If you are staying in Cabo - stay here!

Relaxing and Great

Once they determined we booked through Expedia the reception and service was poor. We booked and extra night due to the hurricane and flight cancellation. We had stayed the week before Sunset Beach and it was perfect. We thought we would treat our group of 6 to a Montecristo but we very disappointed.

What I did like. Beautiful resort and views, nothing else like it in cabo, the luxury villas are the way to go if you like privacy but don’t want to compromise on what you get to do. They have all the amenities you could possibly need and are great for large parties of people. What I did not like. Depending on where your villa is located it can become a hassle to need to get to a restaurant or bar quick. The main transportation are shuttles that you must call ahead of time and can sometimes be a wait if they are busy. The phones in my villa throughout the entire stay did not function correctly and proved to be a setback especially during a storm, we had little to no communication to anyone for food for a solid 3-4 hours. The villa flooded from many places like the main entrance door to the staircase windows. Overall our stay was fun and relaxing but it’s worth noting that MonteCristo has its flaws and management should look into fixing the more simple problems that can get in the way of vacationers.

We loved the private pool & hot tub. The amount of space (3 bedrooms) was great for our family of 5. It is very private and up on the cliff secluded from all the crowds. You just use the resort transportation to get from your villa to other sister properties. It did rain one day & the ceiling came down on 2 of the beds. They brought us dry mattresses the next day but didn't seem concerned about the damage in the unit.

Solidly large space. Better to spend time in your room if you get this place

Upon arrival, our villa did not have hot water, a few lights did not work, and it took a couple of calls to get it repaired. I had an incident with an employee at the main pool at Sunset but reported it to a manager.
