Pakat Suites Hotel

In all fairness the hotel and suites were very nice but we had booked a double room and ended up with two single beds pushed together. When I asked staff if we could change I was told that all the rooms are like that. Later when I asked a different person I was told that because I had booked through hotels.com this was the type of room allocated, they did have proper double beds in other rooms but were fully booked so even though I offered to pay extra to change or upgrade we couldn’t, although the honest receptionist did everything they could to help with covers to put across the gap. So beware if you book through hotels.com the chances are that you won’t get a proper double bed!

It was excellent hotel, reception, convenience. We really fully satisfied and receptionists made our stay in Vien as pleasant as possible.

This is a suite which means it is huge for the price :) walking distance to the city center and train station and next to the "kiss" museum. can't be better. there is a good sichuan restaurant on the way to city center as well.

Excellent comfortable and spacious room. Easy check in, friendly staff. Near to train station and tram lines.

All great, including rooms, service and location! Very clean and great bathroom. Spacious and tasteful suites. Could do with better tea selection in room, including milk, plus some items in minibar.
