Boardwalk Boutique Hotel

Very quaint place, beautiful set up. You can't reach front desk from your room although there is a phone in rooms. Some of the staff is really not accommodating, if there are unable to provide a service, they will not find a solution nor suggest a different option. Customer service can be revised, which is too bad for such a nice looking place.

Super cute boutique hotel. super clean, modern, all amenities top quality. short walk to nice beach across the street. great breakfast delivered to room. having a full kitchen was great. very nice and helpful staff.

The front staff were helpful and friendly the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Short walk to nice beach area just for boardwalk guests shares with one hotel. Can reserve palapas at Front desk for boardwalk guests only. Rooms were clean and have small kitchen. Market close by walking distance. Nice outside porch to sit outside and eat and relax. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Really beautiful boutique hotel. So picturesque, light and airy beach colors. The decor really is perfect. They have an eduardos beach mini shack on site. Food was yummy. Only complaints- Each apartment comes with a grill, they didn’t really show us how to use or give us instructions and it doesn’t have coal or anything you have to go buy it. Beach shack should have longer hours, it closes at 1:30 and then after that there is literally nothing there for food, although your apartment has a full kitchen so just be mindful of that. Our fire alarm went off one night while we were out and apparently the manager came and everyone cleared their casita and it was fixed. When we got back to our room ours was going off. No one was outside and we had no idea what happened. I called the emergency manager on call (bcs the office is only open until 5) and it was busy or got no answer. Lucky our alarm shut off on its own 30 mins later. Overall I would definitely still stay here again. We got a complimentary bottle of wine for being Expedia VIP members. Would have liked a room upgrade or % off food or something, one free breakfast day etc. But maybe in the future the VIP incentives will be better. Lovely hotel, good location, beautiful decor. the beach is also lovely and tranquil, more on the north end of the beach which is quieter vs being crowded and loud at the high rise hotels.

This is a very private and cozy location.The casitas as they are named are awesome. The rooms are beautifully decorated. A very lush and tropical garden.Friendly staff.And a perfect spot for couples.This is a place where you can really relax. Great spacious rooms with everything in it. We will definitely return to this gem.

I really enjoyed the time that I spent in Aruba . The hotel is close to the beach , the casita gives the sense of privacy and feels like you’re in a house that belongs to you . Beautiful decorations all over the place

Boardwalk is an amazing little oasis not far from Palm Beach. A great way to experience Aruba in a more authentic setting than the big hotel chains. We were given lots of great advice about places to see on the island and spent a lot of our time around the beautiful and quiet swimming pool.

Property was beautiful, and the rooms very nice and clean. Mosquitos and bug made sitting out side on the deck almost impossible.
