Nice clean hotel. Good breakfast. Excellent service

Overall good experience. The young lady who checked us in even went out of her way to check the room before we went up to ensure it was cleaned properly. She admitted they were short staffed and was willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were not disappointed. Only negative was that the pool area was not cleaned properly. They’re taking reservations for pool time due to COVID but it was obvious proper cleaning was not occurring between guests. Likely due to the staffing issues she mentioned. Overall though, great stay and friendly staff.

I would have given them 5 stars overall but on Sunday am they ran out of the Complimentary breakfast at 9:30am even though it was supposed to be available until 10am.

We wanted a weekend getaway and that’s what we got. It has spacious rooms and the staff was very helpful. They were talking all precautions for COVID and made us feel safe on our stay.

Booked and paid for a room at this hotel for my Dad who was traveling across country. When he arrived the man behind the desk charged my dad $100 for the room. When I called and asked to speak to a manager Brittany as rude as she could be replied with “No.” Not there’s no manager here right now may I take a message, just no. Then proceeded to ask if I was calling on behalf on my dad who just checked out. I said yes, and she told me that she has taken care of the problem and will have the manager correct the charges to my dads account. It’s been a week and the hotel refunded my dad $9.02. And charged him $90.58. But also charged my account. I will never book another Marriott hotel. The staff couldn’t have been more rude and unprofessional. I should’ve put my dad in the super 8 motel down the street. Would have had better customer service and friendly stay.

Rooms were very good with work area and separate sleeping area. Do bring a night light for the bathroom as it is very dark and farther away at night. Plenty of parking. Unfortunately not everyone was wearing masks (including staff), even though the sign clearly said masks were required. Breakfast was pretty good.
