Park View Inn - Salem

I’ve always had good experiences here. I have a large amount of luggage so the parking being right outside the door to each room is such a big deal for me! It’s always been clean. The bummer is that there is no microwave!? I have never seen that in any hotel. That really was a tough one for me. Regardless though, I’d definitely stay again if I could find another good deal on the cost of the room and definitely would recommend.

The initial vibe when checking in was good. Guy working the desk was quick and friendly. Parking is pretty tight and small, VERY close to room windows. Seemed to be a lot of people hanging outside the rooms smoking and chatting. The room quality was nice up at first, upon closer looks we noticed an uncleaned sink, stained towel and there was brown slime in the freezer of the mini fridge. The beds were clean and comfy. The free wifi was awful and we lost connection and buffered constantly when trying to stream Netflix on the Roku we brought. Good location in town, just really not somewhere I’d recommend you stay unless you’re only there to crash for the night when cutting through town on a trip. Not sure how this place has an 8+ rating, definitely more like a 6.

Wonderful stay I love this place, close to restaurants and stores I stay there alot

Check in and out was a breeze. The desk staff were very friendly. The room was spacious, very clean and tidy. The furnishings were dated and the room lacked a sitting table. The bed was very comfortable and the room was situated well and was absolutely quiet. The small refrigerator could have been placed on the counter so I could see into it. The closet and dressers were spacious. WiFi worked like a charm. A few electrical outlets were a bit loose. Overall I had a pleasant stay there, great location, with nice people and not part of a chain. If the Covid 19 did not exist I am sure some of the amenities would have been top notch.

Price accessibility cleanness feels like family place

Great clean place for the price. Only problem blow dryer didn’t work. Would stay again when in the need arises.

Overall nice stay. They could have included a microwave in the room. The A/C was making more than usual noise. Room was spacious, very clean. Location was good. We stayed here for a night and next day had a plan to go to Mass for fall foliage.

Room was clean, but needed update. Outside was well maintained and workers courteous. Only ice machine was at the office. Bed comfort was about average and internet connection was good.

I was incredibly pleased with the efficiency that this property was run. They paid close attention to disinfecting and cleanliness. The room was spacious and the inn was in close proximity and easy driving to anything that you might need.
