After driving all day to get to the hotel, I was told that they had NO ROOM for me because they OVERBOOKED. They sent me to another one in Dolphin Mall area. I booked a room with two Queen beds and they only had a room with a king bed. With four people including two teens, the sofa bed didn’t work out. They said there was NOTHING they could do about it. Imagine my frustration with the whole situation after driving all day!!!! The hotel has a finite number of rooms, and they overbook to the extend that they have no room for people with reservation?? Come on, it’s pure greed! Here is the review for the hotel at Dolphin Mall area: the hotel is nice, and customer service is good. No issue with check in check out (besides what I had to go through). Room is clean. The hallway is long so you can put luggages in that hall, it’s just dark so they should install a light there. We only crashed for one night so we didn’t use any other amenities. We did end up eating dinner at the Cheesecake Factory nearby and it was good. Marriott is a good chain with good customer service. This is the first time I have this unpleasant experience! Hope they can improve this process to better serve their customers.

Fue maravilloso, Hugo, Sonia, Margarita y los demás muchachos son unos profesionales, se conviertieron en parte de mi familia. Fuy a convalecer por una cirugía y fue perfecto, cuartos amplios, limpios y el personal muy amable y atento. Definitivamente me vuelvo a quedar.

The water pressure was very bad. Barely had water to take a shower. People were smoking weed in the building and at the pool. My room was very clean. But we were told that housekeepers do not clean rooms only three days a week. Something like that. I never stayed in a hotel and my room didn’t get clean. But o well if that is your policy. It took me 1 hour to get checked in the lady at the desk is a hero. She handle all the people. Of course, I was very Professional and waited nicely. Trash was in the Elevator for a couple days ketchup packages if you have cameras in there you will see it. We were told, they do not have enough staff. I was just upset if the water and weed smell. When I think of Marriott I think top of the line on the weekend that I stayed it wasn’t. But once again my room was clean. The people at the front Desk were professional they just needed help. I stayed away from the hotel until I was ready fir bed. Because I did not wanna be around weed smokers once again I was told by the manager that spring break is here and that may happen but he did say they will make sure it doesn’t happen again. March 5 6 7 2021 I was there. I have pics of dirty towels in the hall way. That was disgusting. And the water that didn’t work.

Terrible experience. Room had broken lights and A/C did not work. Waited hours for service on the A/C. Stayed 4 nights and never received fresh linens or towels. Was told that they were all out every morning that we would ask. Trash was never collected. Definitely did not live up to the rating.

The room was disgusting and a woman’s used pan was left behind the toilet with used wash clothes. Black curly hairs in the bathtub and a pile of hair behind the bathroom door. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. Bright blue frosting was all over the curtain
