Friendly and welcoming staff, especially at breakfast. Nice breakfast. Very good restaurant with excellent seafood and tapas selections for an evening dinner.

Excellent stay. Check staff friendly and efficient. Room exceptionally clean, comfortable and well appointed. Bath, shower worked well and plenty of hot water. Pool area and Lobby well appointed, exceptionally clean and comfortable too.

The hotel is very nice directly by the water. They gave us an even nicer room than expected. Nice bed even with a pillow menu. We got a great deal. We will go back at the end of our trip! We certainly suggest it!

Check in was poor, main interest was trying to charge €50 a night for a sea view and getting a credit card (even though it was pre paid). No information given about the hotel or services, realised why later, as they don’t offer much! The hotel is not 4* standard. Rooms are shabby and well worn, wall paper hanging off, uneven flooring as tiles are so old, small rooms which are not 4* standard. No bar or restaurant open during day and not at all on Sunday and Monday evenings. No pool bar or towels available. Very disappointed with the hotel and it should definitely not be advertised as a 4* hotel as it is not of that standard. Would not book this hotel and would recommend staying elsewhere.The pool area looks good from a distance but is very tired close up. The view is good. The balcony rooms on the 1st floor have small balcony’s and higher up you’d be looking at a concrete block if sitting down, unless your on 1st floor not worth the upgrade.

With rooms facing on the Mediterranean it was wonderfully romantic and an easygoing respite from the busyness of nearby Barcelona

Amazing location overlooking the Mediterranean. Since being taken over by the Sercotelgroup improvements have been made in the public areas...however the rooms would benefit from som soft touches to improve their appearance...eg casual chair, soft furnishings and pictures.

The hotel lobby was beautiful. The breakfast was very nice with pleasant staff, always smiling! The room needed some maintenance with a light out in the bathroom. One day our room wasn’t made but the front desk did provide clean towels once we told them. The doors slamming at all hours was annoying as well as the chairs being dragged across the rooms. Perhaps rugs or felt protectors on the legs of the chairs would have made that more quiet. We were in the 4th floor and I had booked a balcony. The photos shown were overlooking the ocean...our room overlooked an alley and another hotel/apartment. That was disappointing. Didn’t sleep the best at this hotel because of the doors slamming at all hours and chairs being dragged across the floor. My daughter stayed on the first floor and had a much better experience.

Beautiful property right across the street from the beach and the Mediterranean Sea, the room was large enough to move around in. Staff was nice, breakfast buffet was not as good as the pictures made it out to be, could be due to the slower time of year, but the hotel our friends stayed at two blocks away had a fantastic breakfast buffet.

We had a great time, location was excellent and staff were great. We found the beds a bit uncomfortable but realise that is a personal preference issue, others may find the beds perfect. There was an additional caharge of 89 euros upon checking out which was for car parking. We explained that there must be a mistake as we didn’t have a vehicle to park and the receptionist removed the charge without any quibble. The locations to the beach and the town centre was ideal, we would definitely stay again.
