The hotel is well located close to shops and restaurants. The staff were terrific and couldn’t do enough. The parking lot nearby is badly designed and extremely tight to manoeuvre.

Cleanliness and great location to old town, Very helpful hotel staff

Lovely small personal hotel just outside old town. Staff very friendly and helpful giving advice on transport and even recommending restaurants nearby. Comfort room was excellent with a powerful rain shower, fridge and Nespresso machine. Worth the extra cost. Extremely clean and well presented. Close to metro from airport and good bus links around the city.

The desk staff gave us an incredibly thorough orientation to the city, so we wasted no time before enjoying the city. Location is very close to the old city gate. Room spacious. Breakfast great. Highly recommend!

Amazing value hotel located at the edge of the historic town. 15 min walk to centre. It was clean and tidy. Good staff and decent sized superior rooms.

In great position for the old town of Valencia and botanical gardens

The hotel reception was very welcoming and informative when we asked for some information on eateries and directions. The room was a good size for our stay with window and small balcony. The street was mainly residential not the prettiest, but as there were lots of cars parked there was no noise so very quiet. The hotel location was excellent for the botanical gardens less than 100 metres. And the Quart medieval gate towers were also close by. The hotel has a small eating area for breakfast, which was brightly decorated, we didn't eat so can't comment on food as preferred to go out, plenty of cafes near by. The beds were clean and comfortable the room had a safe and small fridge and TV. The floors were wood and clean. The bathroom looked a bit tired, sinks and fan could do with being renewed. There was a jacuzzi type bath, I'm not a fan! But the shower was adequate. The bathroom on the first day wasn't as clean as the rest of the stay but I am ultra fussy! Not much by way of toiletries but again adequate. In all we had a good stay and staff could not have been more accommodating.

The hotel was a short distance to amenities and transportation in the center of town. The staff always wore a smile and were especially helpful in guiding me towards activities and places of interest. I would definitely return.
