All good, except check-in time after 3pm
Pretty nice and big room, super clean. Top Paris hotel for sure. One concern, the check in time is too late,, our room is not ready until 3:45pm on the day of check in.

Beautiful little hotel in the heart of Paris.
The concierge service was absolutely excellent, well beyond the call of duty. Abdul and Farouq were amazing, always eager to help with a smile. Farouq was particularly outstanding in his knowledge of how to get a wonderful (unreserved!) dinner on Christmas Eve and in his general knowledge of how to survive and thrive in Paris. He made our stay particularly enjoyable, though Abdul's efforts were stellar as well. This and our wonderful room, on the sixth floor with a complete view of the Arc and the beginning of the Champs Elysees, made the visit our best ever to Paris (it was our fifth time). Merci beaucoup!

The Highlight of our Paris Vacation
Our stay at Hotel Splendide Etoille was the absolute best part or our Paris vacation! A perfect breakfast with Boty each morning - immaculate service, white linen. Our concierge, Farooq was beyond helpful and accommodating, Our room was larger than expected, very comfortable and quiet. We had a view of the Arch de Triomphe from our balcony. Francoise at the front desk was very helpful with our currency and other matters. Can’t say enough good things about our stay at Splendide!! Highly recommend - 5 stars in our book!!

not satisfied. Price not aligned with the offer
I had a suite on the last floor. Very beautiful view but the bed was super hard. Definitely too hard to sleep even for me despite I use a hard mattress home. Pillows were really uncomfortable. Due to this I did not sleep more than a couple of hours. the Location is very nice and the suite was nice too. Just the bathroom was nothing special and definitely not aligned with the price for the suite. I spend a lot of money for the room, more than six hundred euros. in the morning I discovered Breakfast was not included so I had t pay extra money for that. Definitely disappointing. for the same price I think I can find definitely better hotels.

The service and quality of room were wonderful! Then we saw our view, and it was the icing on the cake (so to speak). My 9 year old daughter was with me, and Farook (the concierge), immediately made her comfortable! He made the start of our trip, amazing!! I would definitely stay there again.

Absolute perfection!
We stayed in the suite up top and it was absolute PERFECTION. My husband and I celebrated valentines here, and it was literally a Paris heaven!! The hotel is so clean, the room was beautiful and the views were perfection!! From the suite, we could see right in front of us the arc and then off to the side the Eiffel Tower. We will DEFINITELY stay here again! The suite was magical.

Best Location in Paris
