Kennedy Hotel

Hotel location is 8mins walk to Roma Termini train station, but may have the safety concerns in the night. The room and toilet were fairly clean but the amenities are old and need to be updated.

This has to be the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. We arrived late in the evening and we’re told by a bored and uninterested receptionist that we were in the annex. He gave us keys and told us to go up the road to an unmarked door, when we eventually found it, we opened the door and found the hallway lined with rubbish bins that we had to walk past to get to our room. The floor in the hallway was littered with cigarette buts and other rubbish. The area itself felt very unsafe. The room was cramped and with dirty marks all over the walls. We asked them to put us in the main hotel and were told they were full. In the morning we complained to the manager, only to be told that the room we had been given was an upgrade! I dread to think what the other rooms were like! Breakfast was stale pastries and instant coffee! All in all it was a horrible and stressful start to our week in Rome.

I like it’s proximity to the main train and bus station (Termini) I didn’t like the breakfast: even if they serve you hot drink personally which is nice of them, they are run out of brown bread most of the time and the white bread is not soft enough to consume They need to have get rid off those old and not clean carpets out of the stairs and corridors.

The room and bathroom had a mold/mildew smell. We opened the windows for a few hours, though it only slightly improved the smell. The primary shower head was so clogged, water only trickled out. I fought with the water temperature using the hand held shower wand for 10 minutes before I realized the water temperature fluctuates from warm to scalding hot while leaving it on the same setting. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very good location, close to the train station, subway station, and the buses. The property is nice and the staff are so kind, friendly and helpful.

Pretty good for the price and close to Termini to travel around Rome.

Kennedy and hotel was great, air conditioning nice cool and silent windows could open to let fresh air in; room service was clean, staff were very very helpful, always smiling and attentive. breakfast was an added bonus, can’t complain. Price was great for what you got, I definitely recommend to my friends ( And it was very close to the transport ) very happy indeed

It is in a sketchy neighborhood and our room was located outside across the street from main building so as we attempted to go find our room we were approached by people on the street. One who snatched the phone out of my sisters purse and kept looking at our luggage. We asked to hotel worker to escort us and he refused more than once claiming it was a safe neighborhood. We explained what had just happened and we have two kids with us yet he still did not offer to walk us to our room. We felt extremely unsafe and immediately booked a room at a different hotel in a much nicer area. I would not recommend this hotel for elderly or families with kids.

Convenient location, cramped breakfast area with poor choice for breakfast.

No phone working and no ac working .....after complaining no service given....had 2 change hotel after staying a day with family...
