Hilton Garden Inn St. Louis Airport

The room was dingy. The heater had a terrible burning smell and clicked all night. Seemed to be suffering from a serious lack of maintenance. Hotel overall felt ignored, dingy, and tired. We stay at many Hilton Garden Inns all over the country. This one was a major disappointment.

Went to stay and get away from the over crowded house it was very peaceful comfortable and clean

Excellent hotel close to the airport !

I reserved 2 rooms for this stay. The room I had was okay, nothing to brag about. The TV stand was broken and the shower didn’t look clean but it could have been the color of it that made it look that way. The second room was for a friend, after checking out he informed me that there was what appeared to be blood on both beds in his room. When he saw the blood on the first bed, he moved to the second. The day we checked out and met up, the informed me that after waking up, he saw the blood on the second bed. When I checked out, there was a couple speaking to the attendant about this same issue. I think something as blood should be easily seen by housekeeping.

This property was very out dated and the bathroom was filled with mold! It makes you not want to use the bathroom!!! Never again will I stay here!!!

It was ok the room need to be dusted didn’t really sleep that well of the dusty I have asthma.

Check in was horrible. No one at the front desk for a 5pm check in. Waited 15 minutes until a maintenance guy came by and I had them radio for the front desk person. Finally got room. Initially like the room. Spacious seem good. I threw down my luggage and headed out for dinner appointment. When I returned about 10pm to go to bed. The parking lot of the hotel had 2-3 groups of cars and people who looked like there were making drug deals. As I drove by them one of the individuals brandished a pistol. Obviously I keep going to the other side of the parking lot. When I went into the hotel and went to my floor the entire floor smelt like pot. This is a no smoking hotel. Also a couple suspicious people hangin out in the hallway. Got in my room and jumped in the shower and used the bathroom for the first time. Absolutely disgusting. Shower stall was extremely dirty sink area toilet etc. I grabbed a hand towel and wipe some of it up. Next day I asked the front desk to please clean my room and really get the bathroom much cleaner. I had business all day and got back about 10pm. Same issues in parking lot and hallway as the previous day. And bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. This place looks nice from the pictures but the place is a dump. No one take care of it and the staff is not good.

Hotel staff were friendly. The room initially appeared clean, but a dried stain was found under the comforter. There was also random noises throughout the night. Some of the sounds seemed plumbing related, like knocking sounds after other guests flushed
