Hotel Plaza

Stayed 2 nights (210 USD a night) when we arrived we saw that they put us in a room on the 1st floor a window facing a wall with no daylight at all. We wanted to change the room with a room that has daylight, they agreed to change it however it was an upgraded room and we had to pay extra. I understand that they made a discount on the upgraded room however I had to pay extra for something that i didn’t ask for. I expect to have a room with a daylight for this price. Basically make sure that your room is not on the 1st floor. The rooms are very clean and you can see that the hotel is taking Covid very seriously.

The hotel was the perfect base for our trip around the Amalfi coast. The hotel itself was very new and clean. The location however was perfect. So close to all bars and restaurants but just tucked away so not loud at all. Rooftop bar and pool with incredible views was an added treat. Would not hesitate to return or recommend to others.

This hotel is fabulous! Small but the staff are so personable, you get to know them very quickly. Spotlessly clean, nothing is a problem for all that work there. We would definitely go back..

Staff were attentive and friendly during check-in, and were prompt in getting a valet to park our car in a garage (€20 surcharge per day, fair price). The room was spacious despite being one of the "smaller" ones, with a large TV and a spacious, comfortable bathroom. The toiletries provided were excellent. The most outstanding feature of the hotel though, is the rooftop bar and infinity pool, which provide the most astonishing view of the coast and Vesuvius. Spending the last hour of the afternoon sipping drinks while enjoying the view were one of our key highlights in the Amalfi coast, and I can only recommend it for a romantic getaway.

Modern, luxurious and very comfortable. The service was great. The bartender Carlo, gave us great service and advice for what to see and where to eat.

The hotel is very well operated. All the staff worked very hard and were very professional and polite. They are very customer oriented. The dining room staff were exceptional. One of the best hotels that I've stayed (around the InI). Breakfast is also very good, the best during this trip, Rome, Florence, Venice and Naples.

Great location. I will request a sea-facing room next time especially since I stayed 5 nights. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. There were a few ants in the bathroom.. a problem that can be easily fixed. No evening room service may also be inconvenient at times.

The staff at Hotel plaza went way above and beyond to make our vacation perfect.
