I love that its located by everything. The staff were extremely helpful to my entire extended family who were here for a wedding.

For two consecutive nights several people continued to make noise in the hallway outside our room, banging loudly on the door of the room adjacent to ours and yelling for someone to open the door. This went on for over an hour between 2:00 and 3:00 am. When front desk was informed they refused to take any action and took the attitude that they did not want to get involved. We did not feel very safe or secure And got very little sleep. Management also refused to compensate us for our inconvenience in any way even though they had also received complaints from other guests on that floor.

I was disappointed in the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. There were streaks of stool left in the toilet. When I asked for the room to be cleaned they front desk reported that they did not have anyone there, 7pm at night. The only solution was to move rooms. I was assured that the room would be cleaned the next morning so I stayed in the room. The housekeeping staff did not clean my room as I had asked. I was still disappointed that they did not follow through on their promise.

On arrival, it did not appear that our room was cleaned properly. The sheets, blankets, pillow cases and covers on both Queen beds had stains or little hairs on them. The bathroom had human hair on the floor. I went to the front desk and requested replacement linen and was given a couple of sheets, pillow cases, and a top blank for each bed. We could have asked for another room but did not trust that would be the solution since this room was unclean, the others probably were also. we were only staying overnight so we stripped both beds and used the replacement linen. Probably will not use this hotel in the future because of this. It was a 3 star so I think I just missed that when I did my search :(

Good location. Our room needed a few maintenance issues. Some chipped paint, dipped bower curtain but nothing that really bothered us. Guest services was great and housekeepers were very nice.

Friendly service, food sparing due to virius But clean and organized. Wanted king bed but got two queen TV 32 is small for the size of the room Otherwise nuce stay

The rooms was really spacious and clean and was a great stay for me and for kids. We had plenty of room and wasn't running into each other all around was a great stay.

The room was not cleaned, from the previous guest. The sheets were dirty, face towels were dirty. The check in was in the evening, plenty of time to clean. This is the second time I booked a room that this hotel, it was not cleaned then also. Will not place here again. In this time of COVID, hotel cleaniness is essential.

Perfect location. Clean and comfy bed.

The hvac system worked okay. The fact that it had a refrigerator/freezer (though the freezer didn't work very well) was pretty good. the lady on the housekeeping staff on my second day was pretty helpful. She changed our sheets and other bedding, when I couldn't get much help from the gentleman at the desk the night before. When my wife, myself, and our 20 mos old son arrived and checked out the room, there was a small blood stain or two in the comforter, and hair all in the sheets. The gentleman at the front desk said that He couldn't do anything about it, (Didn't have access or something) though he offered up two bed sheets. The phone in the room did not work, the convertible sofa and arm chair looked old and worn and had stains. (we covered them with sheets) The general cleanliness of the areas of the hotel that we saw were somewhat poor. I understand that they were remodeling the third floor (we were on the second floor) of the hotel, but it seems to me that better attention could've been given to the parts of the hotel that they were still renting out.
