Evolution Apartments

Great location, and good to have a 2 bedroom apartment. It was a reasonable sized space (except the ensuite bathroom was a strange shape, with the toilet on a strange angle that meant your knees hit the wall if you sat straight!). The balcony was lovely, with a great view of the river and all the comings and goings. Biggest issue was the lack of decent curtains - which meant bright sunlight starting streaming in at not long after 4am. Didn't make it up to the SkyLounge and had a quick look at the pool area, but it was very small and the pool and spa both needed to be cleaned.

This property was better equipped than other apartments I have recently stayed at in the area - the kitchen had a decent non-stick pan and there were some small appliances in the kitchen cupboards as well. The room and all furniture was comfortable, ducted A/C kept me happy in the heat and I had everything I needed for a multi-day business trip.Groceries and plenty of plenty of places to eat out all in easy walking distance.

Advertising around first room was way to noisy second room fridge was broken but the manner in which the team handled was excellent

Daniel was an excellent host and made us feel very welcome. We didn’t know what to expect but as soon as we walked in the room we were met with floor to ceiling windows and a huge balcony overlooking Southbank and the river.
