Hotel Las Golondrinas

We stayed last week.and loved it so much, we.came back this week! We dropped our bags off and left and came back late at night... turns out the AC wasnt working and due to it was late, rather than switch rooms they gave us the room right next to us to sleep in so didnt even make us move our bags :) next day wanted late check out and they wouldnt even take our money!

I would stay there again. It’s very close to all the shops and restaurants. The two pools were very nice. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff were very pleasant.

I’d recommend this hotel for a night or two in playa del Carmen. The location was convenient and the room was clean. I didn’t use the pool, but there are two of them to use. I’m giving 4 stars not 5 because I thought it was crazy that the hotel was jot even half full and they wouldn’t let me check in two hours early and wanted to charge me 33% of my nightly rate. That’s not good customer service at all.

The hotel is nice for a budget hotel. The front desk woman was extremely rude at check out. She called in the phone and told me she was up charging me $100 if I didn’t check out. I was a little over check out but $100? When I made it down to the front desk I started to pull out all the random remotes they give you. I pulled the first one out and she started demanding more remotes which were at the bottom of my pockets. I told her to just wait. I had to have enough time to get them out of my pocket. The reception area was uncomfortably hot. I open the restaurant door to check for a cooler space. Once again getting barked at by the from desk. I had to wait in the court yard for my co-workers to come back to pick me up. I guess I should be feel blessed u didn’t gave to wait in the street.

Nice affordable hotel near the bus station and grocery stores. This is a good hotel for an overnight in Playa.

Perfect location close to the Ado bus station, mall and 5 Avenida. My son and I really enjoyed our last minute stay in Las Golandrinas. My only complaint would be that our WiFi was not working in our room we were on the second floor. We called and told them it wasn’t working but it wasn’t fixed. Breakfast was good.

It was conformable, clean and more than anything else the personal was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel. Another thing is that it is in an excellent location, there are many restaurants nearby, the beach is only ten minutes away.

El hotel está súper lindo! Muy buen servicio, amabilidad del personal del hotel. El único inconveniente es que no me facturaron por que la reservación la hice en línea y la agencia no factura.

Excelente hotel, cómodo, instalación muy bonita, ubicado en un buen lugar, cerca de la playa unas 5 cuadras, tienes muchas. Tiendas afuera del hotel y restaurantes
