Hotel Prestige

Beautiful views from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excursions booked through the hotel were good with the drivers very knowledgeable, although the sandwich lunch provided was very basic. We couldn’t eat the sandwich as it was so dry, so we ended up buying our own anyway. All in all though we had a lovely stay.

We loved the terrace in our room which had an amazing view. Food at the restaurant was good, service excellent. My only complaint was the lack of toiletries, which were on the sparse side.

The Prestige Hotel was a wonderful stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Food very tasty and priced well. Perhaps the mattresses on the beds could be improved. We were a party of six (3 rooms), and the bed mattresses were our only minor concern. Shuttle service excellent going to and from downtown Sorrento. Plus staying here, allows you to be away from the high energy of all the tourists in the downtown area. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Didn't know until we arrived, that there was a swimming pool there. We took the late morning and early afternoon to relax at the pool before going to Positano. It's the nicest European hotel that I have ever stayed in. Premises is clean and spacious. The staff were knowledgeable and pleasant. We lucked out with the room on the 3rd floor (301}. I am sure the other rooms are nice too. We truly enjoyed the view from our huge deck. The room was bright, large and comfy. Wish we had to planned to stay there longer. Parking was excellent and right across the road. The shuttle service was excellent. So glad that we hired a driver to take us to Positano. Definitely not a place to drive to and try to find parking. Breakfast room was nice and the food was delicious with lots of choices. Would definitely, highly recommend the hotel.

Amazing staff, great food, outstanding value for money & simply a fantastic place to stay

Staff was wonderful. Hotel was great except the pillows and bed were hard and uncomfortable.

We couldn’t have picked a better place for our first time in the Amalfi Coast. From the beginning, the hotel kept in touch with transportation options and things to do. For my birthday, they even surprised us with a special upgrade to our room! The rooms were clean, spacious, and the views are magnificent! You must have drinks at their rooftop terrace at sunset! But the real gem at this hotel is the staff! I have never experienced customer service like this anywhere before. The staff take the term "above and beyond" to a different level and truly put the customer needs first like no other! They are unmatched and will always be the best recommendation especially if you are new to the area. You are in really good hands at this hotel! Thank you again Lulu, Luisa & Roberto your service is truly unmatched!

Obliging staff,room modernised, bathroom good, great views from hotel.Food fairly good and tasty but breakfast was average. A fair way out from the centre of town but free shuttle is provided at various times during the day and night. Great place to watch sunset.
