Staybridge Suites Baltimore BWI Airport

Property needs updated. Trim falling off walls, old furniture, holes in carpet... property was very clean considering it’s condition. Room was way way overpriced for the condition of the furnishings etc. and no coffee or breakfast. I understand it’s covid but I have stayed at several staybridge during covid and all had free coffee and grab and go breakfast

I had to get 3 different rooms at 1-am...literally every room had bugs. The first room had a nest of bugs in the bedroom ceiling... and the heat didnt work. The second room had bugs but heat. The third room... no bugs and the heat worked but it was dirty. The kitchen wasn't cleaned and the bathroom had a pile of towels left in the closet!

Stayed in a two bedroom suite. It was nice having a full size fridge. Would stay again

The room had old furniture. The door knobs were rusted. The flashing apparatuse on the toilet would disconnect from the toilet almost every other time I had to flush it. The housekeeping never refilled the shampoo or bodywash in the shower. Last but not least the moulding was separating from the wall near the front door.

Was good not there long, but adequate accommodations and friendly service.

No breakfast buffet as they normally provide but charge same price..ovrr all nice stay

The stay was for my husband's medical procedure and I also got sick ~ the hotel was helpful when family came to help us out. The staff was exceptionally helpful.

I usually have a great day but this visit was horrible we stay two nights. As soon as we got there the young lady checked us in she was very pleasant but the room key to she gave us would not let us in the room today she gave us another room key and that key didn't work. Then she gave us another room and it was not the room that was booked so we had to wait the next day to get the room that we did book. The manager came up to the room the next day and gave us another room later on that night somebody had a party over top of our head. My husband and I and several other people that was staying Hotel came out in the hall looking for the music. A manager that was on a call that night we called she said she did not hear any music the first time he called her again and she came upstairs and then she heard it. We will never stay here again the good thing about the weekend was the manager did pay for the room for the one night and hotels.com gave us $100 to spend on another night. Oh don't let me forget the second room TV did not work and we had to move to a third room and then the next morning move to the room that we actually booked

Nothing really great about it except it was very very quiet but it wasn't bad either the staybridge on Montgomeryville p.a. is much nicer and so is the one in mt. Laurel new Jersey but yes i would stay there again
