The location was perfect. Breakfast very disappointed. The room were so tiny. No hair conditioner and hair dryer electrical line was so short to dry my hair!!!

Average hotel in a nice area
We stayed for 4nights and found it not as big as their name. Have no benefits of being the vip gold member of hotels.com. Substandard service and cleaning. We had put a note in Italian for the housekeeper to change the bedsheet from day 1 and it didn’t get change till we checked out. Worst part, we found a baby cockroach in the room but the receptionist took it easily and put an electric bug perfume in the bathroom that made an odd smell. Quite a disappointing stay in such a big name hotel.

Can you say location, location, location! Excellent hotel with outstanding service. The rooftop bar was phenomenal as were the views. Breakfast was excellent as well. What stood out the most about this hotel was the service. We are very service oriented people, and this hotel did not fail. We plan on returning and recommending it to all of our friends!

Great location but a little noisy
Location - A+ Noise bc of location - moderate, woke up early around 3-4 when the dolly carts started coming in bc we were on the 2nd floor Interior Design - A+ Service when asked - A Anticipated service - C (not enough toilet paper every day, refrigerator never worked, had to ask for same still water every day) Food - Never tried bc there was a little cafe next door that was cheaper than the continental breakfast, but the rooftop bar was cool. You need reservations and they have assigned seating which is annoying when you’re traveling and don’t know exactly what time you’ll be back at the hotel. Drinks are overpriced but the view is nice. ****Take a taxi from the train station!! The roads are difficult to maneuver bc the streets are narrow and packed and bumpy/hard to move luggage on. Not like Milan.

Great, if busy, location. Room had a river / bridge view but only from one window which you had to stand up to look out of so didn't make the most of it. Staff all excellent and very helpful. Breakfast expensive with anything cooked an additional expense. Nice stay overall but a bit expensive for what it is.

This property was terribly noisy and when we mentioned something on check out they just shrugged their shoulders. If we were staying more than one night we would have requested a room change. Also we wanted to bring our drinks from the rooftop bar to our room and they would not let us, yet we could have ordered the drink from our room and they would have delivered it-a little confusing. Aside from that the accommodations were very nice
