Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Drayton Valley

This hotel have a group highly professional, organized and amazing staff, also very hospitable. Would recommend everyone I know to stay here given the chance. As for myself, I will definitely come back at every opportunity!

Only have one pet room and none of this was indicated on expedia. Pet fee was not as advertised on expedia. Downgraded my room for a pet and no one would refund the money I paid. Expedia blamed the hotel. The hotel blamed expedia. Ridiculous on all fronts.

The hotel itself was okay. The cleanliness was alright. Our stay ended up to be a lot longer then anticipated due to our vehicle being in the repair shop. Long story short. A $500 deposit on a room if you don’t have a visa is ridiculous in my opinion this day and age. $250 is a REASONABLE DEPOSIT like most other hotels. It’s do-able for most folks. Our five day stay ended in no cleaning staff the entire stay due to CONVID-19. Understandable to a degree, but when asked to have room vacuumed I was denied. I even offered in vacuuming myself and still denied. They didn’t make our already stressed out situation any easier & if not worse. Guess it was a hassle to extend our stay daily due to circumstances. Lost bank card that was used with the $500 deposit. If you are looking for a accommodating relaxing stay I’m sorry to say run for the hills to the best western plus or anywhere else. As for the broad who doesn’t know proper customer service etiquette with resting b**** face said one thing then later tried to say another and accused me of lying. Shame on you and if you still have a job I probably know why tisk tisk. You lady should have bin fired for disrespecting your customer whom is paying your wage with a lil more respect and at least try to be helpful as much as possible and not make there already unfortunate circumstance anymore difficult then it already was. Thank you Holiday Inn Express for the absolute worst stay in history and I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels.

Very clean, great COVID standards. Very friendly staff. We will be going back.

Expedia said that there is a pool, well there is not. I also tried to use my Air Miles at the hotel but the front desk person said I couldn't because I purchased through Expedia. Be careful when purchasing through Expedia.

Good location to were we needed to go. Clean, friendly, easily accessible.

The hot tub was disappointing, jets didn’t work. No tv box so couldn’t even order a movie, cable tv is so last decade!! But the people were really friendly and helpful. Not going to stay there again though.
