Friendly front desk at check-in (male), not the morning one, tho (female). Nifty sticker on door to make it appear 'cleaned & secure', but bath mat was dirty, nightstand had oily smudge next to the one side of bed that had clearly been slept in. Although the sheets had been securely straightened at the top, a quick lift of the duvet revealed sheets were not fresh with fresh, new tuck-ins. It was too late in the evening by the time we noticed to have the interruption of someone coming to the room for fresh sheets. Disappointing.

It was an ok hotel. Place and comfort was good. We didn’t like that we had to wait to check in because there was a sign to wait for the person to checking us in. First time that happened and we were at 3:40 pm in the afternoon. We could find ice in our floor either. It showed to go to the one in the first floor.

Nice hotel. Room was clean and sanitized. Stickers on the door that broke when the door was opened. Nice touch. They don't do a breakfast, per se. There was a paper sack with a muffin, mandarin orange and a bottle of water. Other hotels have managed their breakfast better. A big shout out for their night auditor. I had a blood sugar issue during the night and he supplied a breakfast bag that solved the problem.

Room was disgusting! Tile floors didn’t look swept or mopped. There were no wash cloths in room and evidently we were not the only room without them as there were others in the lobby requesting them as we checked in. Very outdated. Will never stay here again.

Room temperature was either cold or warm. Uncomfortable furniture and bed.

It was a nice stay. Clean and comfortable. Nice size room. Only problem was breakfast. Due to the virus, they provided sack breakfast which on day one, included water, brown orange and one of those packaged pastries that I don't know anyone who eats. Second day was water, a green banana and another packaged pastry. Third was better, water a yellow banana and packaged muffin that was edible. Otherwise, all good. Price was great.
