Baymont Inn & Suites Marrero

Room was clean and comfortable, staff was nice at both check in and check out. Overall was happy with the hotel. The area was meh, not much to do or eat so if you wanted to go out you had to drive. We took and Uber to the superdome and cost about 18$ which wasn’t too bad. We drove into the city at one point and used one of the premium lots to park which was fine.

We were in town for a cheer competition, only stayed in the room for a few hours, but it was nice enough. Terrible breakfast selection though.

Very clean, updated rooms, staff friendly, check-in was quick and efficient. They provide a nice breakfast (oatmeal, waffles, bagels, cereal, juice,etc) daily. We had issue with bathroom drain, stopped up, the night of check-in, we called to the front desk, and were advised there was no one that could repair tonight, and that someone would fix in the morning, so we had to wash our hands in the bathtub😳. While asleep on the first night, we were woken up to lady arguing in the next room, Me and my husband thought oh my goodness we picked the wrong place, went on for a couple of hours, I didn’t call the front desk, because I was just trying to get back to sleep, had a long day ahead of us. Thankfully they eventually stopped. We went out the next day, and when we got back the drain was repaired. Even though this happened overall we were happy with our stay. We would use them again.

It was a mix up in the price when I checked in, and they immediately fixed it the next morning. So I was happy about that. Other than that, there was no other incident.

Very clean and good service. I stayed for three days and left my iPad and some paper work laying around and every time I came back to the room it was very clean and all my stuff were put in the table organized. Not a single thing missing. Trash was picked up daily and towels replenished. The microwave and mini fridge are a good addition to the room.
