We arrive room was not ready. 1 Room became ready And the other much later on a different floor. 2 days later they closed a floor because they where working on floors and 1 room had to move again. The roof bar was the reason I picked hotel. 1st day there no seats tables available. Another couple invited us to join them at table and we were told we couldn’t join because only 1 Check per table. We went again another night and there was no one there. We sat. It took a while for one of two employees to take our order. Once food arrived and drinks No one came to see if we wanted anything else. We had to get up to get check. No one there no service. Food and beverage service non existent.

Busy street, however close to many sights. Roof top bar cool spot for drinks. Room was good size for city place. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location . If you are staying at this hotel you just walk everywhere . No need to take a train or anything

Great location! Close to metro stops. Clean hotel!

מלון מאוד נחמד. מרכזי. ברח גראן ויה כל רשתות האופנה נמצאות בסביבה. המון מסעדות וחנויות. החדים מאוד נעימים ונקיים. הצוות בקבלה הסכים לשמור לנו את המזוודות יומיים עד שנחזור מטולדו. ארוחת בוקר מאוד מגוונת.
