Great Hotel and Wondeful Staff I purchasex 2 rooms and they did the best to accomodate me

No staff nor other guests were wearing masks, despite the policy being posted. Little to no safety precautions apparent. Halls smelled of smoke despite being smoke free, as did the room. Disappointing and concerning. Not recommended.

My stay was awesome better than the previous day someone was letting their kids(Toddlers) run around the building while the parents was out in the parking lot with the music turned up.

Dirty place. Forget about breakfast, I saw a couple of people come and turn around. The hotel is in great bead of cleanliness

When we arrived at the hotel there was a sign saying face masks required, which was to be expected seeing as we are in the middle of the Covid Pandemic. We had our masks on, however when we got inside the staff member who checked us in was not wearing one. Neither was a housekeeping staff member, nor another staff member we saw. No one had masks on. Also, the credit card we used to book the original reservation with had since expired so he had to remove the old one and put a new one in. In that process we were charged a new rate, as if we were booking it that day. So we ended up paying a little bit more. He did not explain it to us, or tell us, we just noticed it after the fact. While the staff was nice, the lack of safety measures and overcharging ruined the check-in experience. Over the course of the 2 days we were there, we were the only ones we saw wearing masks. No other hotel guests wore them and no staff members that we saw were wearing them. The walls were quite thin and we could also hear our neighbors very clearly all throughout the night. The bed was comfortable however and the room itself was clean so at least there were a few good points to the stay.

Staff went out of their way for us and even checked us in four hours early!

Check in was super fast, he was ready for us. Only thing that was slightly disturbing was the activity in the parking lot. I didn't see anything bad but definitely suspicious. But other than that everything was good. Room was clean, beds were comfy.

The Hotel was decent for the price, it was just a place for us to sleep for one night while in town. The building seemed somewhat worn but otherwise what you might expect for the price.

front desk said they were installing carpet in 2 weeks--clean room except for the carpeting

Great shuttle van service, hot breakfast, nice clean room. Wonderful management too.
