Vincci Palace Hotel

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. The entire property is very nice, modern and well maintained. The location is great for getting to all of the interesting places in Valencia.

Excellent location in the heart of the city. Kind and helpful staff. Cleanliness was very good. Our room was quiet and were able to get a good night sleep. Mattresses were super comfy as well pillows. Highly recommend!

The hotel was great but we were given a small dark room with only a tiny circular window which made the room very hot as no ventilation

The hotel was very good, but did not have a coffee maker or kettle in the room, which I really missed. We did have the breakfast option which offered many food choices. The location of this hotel is excellent. The Colon metro station is about 2 blocks away, quite an easy walk with luggage. It connects to four lines including line 3 to the airport. About 4 blocks in another direction is the first stop for the Hop On/Off bus, and both routes stop at this location. There are two companies; buy ticket for the red buses (more expensive). The green buses (sorry, can't remember the names) only come half as often and I don't think the commentary was as good. I can say this, because we ended up taking both when we were disappointed with the first company. The hotel is within walking distance of almost everything you will want to see. The historical museum, toward the zoo on the red line of the Hop On and easy to miss because of the distance from everything was very good and we wished we had allowed more time. You can watch many videos of your choice of different time periods. The bullring has a museum and you can walk around in the bullring. The Hemispheric and associated buildings are a must see.

The location of the Vincci Palace is great, but be aware that is on a busy street. If your room faces Calle de La Paz, be prepared for street noise. Also, the hotel is heated and air conditioned by floor, which means that you have to live with the temperature set. In our case, the solar gain on our side of the building meant the room could become a bit stuff. The staff is very helpful in answering our questions.

Vinci Palace was great all around. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and just all around kind. Ana at the bar in the evening took care of us like a champion. The rooms were well stocked and clean. Great water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet went well beyond my expectations for the price. It's located in a nice central location within easy walking distance to many parts of the city. The beach is still a cab/metro ride away. We would not hesitate to return next time we are in Valencia.

Room was lovely, bar was good, receptionist was very polite. The temperature in the room was a bit cold in the evening and very hot at night. I’m not sure if there’s underfloor heating, but it was very warm.

Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautifully decorated and very clean. A really lovely hotel.
