Vista Cay Resort by Millenium at Universal Blvd

Great space, lots of room for a large family. Stayed in the 3 bedroom 2 bath townhouse and was very impressed. Will come again and hopefully get to stay in their new units.

I love Vista Cay and always stay there when I travel to Orlando. I found 3 dead fllies on the window sill from one of the bedrooms and the shower in the master suite wasn’t cleaned very well. Besides that, everything else was great.

It was nice and big for an extended family trip. The amenities were good and the area was good We had a beautiful view and we were really excited Then we found somebody’s hair in one of the beds. Two the beds had bugs on them. The bathtub wouldn’t drain because it was clogged and clogged with hair They charge you a boatload for cleaning but in all reality there is no housekeeping after 5 PM So there we were at midnight after calling three times to get the adequate amount of clean sheets and having to do it all ourselves It seemed like it was going to be less expensive than a hotel but when you take everything into account it was not. Two of us spent the first night sleeping on top of an uncomfortable couch because we were afraid of what was in the beds . A supervisor did email me the next day They didn’t find any more bugs so that was reassuring BTW. They didn’t take any money off of the bill for all of our troubles And my brother was the one that unclogged the bathtub so we could use it

So I've stayed at Vista Cay previously trips with friends although this was the first time staying in a townhome ( I usually stay in a condo ) with my family and it was with orlando fun rentals or something but I have to say I was disappointed this time around, the whole townhome was kinda run down. The second and third floor squeaked so loudly and no matter how quiet you tried to walk there was no way to avoid making noise. The blinds fell apart when I tried to open them. I could hear the traffic vividly from my room on the third floor everything from cars, motorcycles, and trucks not to mention the blinds block no light, I was woken up around 6am every morning with the light hitting me in the face. Bed was not comfortable and there was no way to even start fluffing a pillow. I did like that we had a washer/dryer in the room and the pool was really pretty and clean as well as the whole property was clean.

It far exceeded our expectations. The front desk personnel was extremely helpful and informative. The location was right in the middle of the places we were going. There was also plenty of stuff for the kids to do. For example, they had a live DJ at the pool Saturday night, which my kids absolutely loved. All and all, we will definitely be staying here again.
