Carla Inn & Suites Roanoke Airport

Great stay, excellent staff and clean room and very good price ,

The room was okay. The hallways, elevator and lobby were not very clean.

The room was ok and decently clean but the entrance, elevators, and hallways were filthy.

Everything was fine except for the night time manager with the 200 cats thst live out front of the building is rude, nosey, and really just a smart ass. Other than that things were great.

Friendly staff. Fairly clean accommodations. Subpar towels. Small and scratchy.

It was so disgusting!! There was old BLOOD dried and washed all over the comforter and the sheets. I had to strip the entire bed down to nothing, and wrap my son and myself in our own blankets. They also told me it’s not under new management, they just repainted and made it non-smoking. Although the entire place still smells like a wet ashtray.

The hotel is disgusting. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. The bed is harder than chinese algebra. Smell of old carpet and cigarette smoke.

This is my third stay at this hotel , it gets better every time , Clean Room and amzing staff

This became the go to place for me whenever i visit Roanoke, the level of courtesy from staff is unbeatable.

I love how accomadating the staff/manager was. I appreciate the assistance.
