Customer service was amazing, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The island is amazing. The prices for food are a little pricey but it is a resort. Book excursions early some fill up fast. It was a wonderful stay at Velassaru. Everything was perfect. The staffs were caring and professional. Foods were plenty and delicious. We especially enjoyed the excursions such as dolphin discovery and shark snorkelling. Highly recommended !
