I would really like a refund on my stay let me tell you I don’t know where you got these pics from but It looks nothing like this the pool is so green even if it was hot enough to swim I really would not even let my fish swim in that!! I won’t even go in to the rooms but to say our Tv didn’t even work, The couple we went with Kay Bulter will be complaining in too. We could have stayed at a homeless shelter and had better accommodations. It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed and I’ve done a lot of traveling They don’t even get a 1/4 of a star. I really think we need some kind of compasation or our money back!!!!

Very nice owners with amazing hospitality! Felt like home the second we walked in. Our room was the perfect size for the two of us. An AMAZING location, only about a 3 minute drive from the downtown area! Very reasonably priced, and the check-in & check-out process was extremely smooth and efficient. Will be staying again!

Pool was gross, shower was sketchy, doors and key process annoying should be electronic, hard beds

Overall great place to stay with nice staff and perfect location, however, my room was directly across from a communal kitchen so was a bit noisy until 1 am or so. Definitely stay here but make sure you request a room that is not near the kitchen.

The location of this property is ideal to the downtown area.

Cute little place just a few blocks from downtown. Absolutely spotless. I looked for a speck of dust. Couldn't find one! Bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Would stay again for sure.

Positives: 1)This Place is in a great location and there are alot if places to go that are walkable. 2) The neighbor is historical & house have much character. Negatives: 1) The Inn is a bit "run down" and can use a make- over without ruining the historical quality that makes it special.2) The TV never worked in the 2 days i stayed there and the inn staff had no idea how to get it to work saying they would have to call the cable company who came the day after i checked out. 3) A parking space is not guaranteed. It is on a first come first serve basis so keep that in mind if you plan on booking on a busy weekend or in the winter season.

Charming B&B. Good location and value. But TV didnt work and the hot tub wasnt functioning.

Pool and hot tub were not maintained at all. Hot tub was not functioning and pool probably wasn’t either. The toilet in our room got clogged a couple times, and there was a socialization area right outside our room so it was very loud sometimes. Television did not work at all, either. No subscription/channel seemed to be paid for. The location was great so I suppose for the price there’s not much cheaper... but I’ve been traveling through Florida for a week now, staying at many different places, and this one was by far the worst.
