Quality Inn

The halls smelled weird. There were always shady characters milling about outside. The garbage outside wasn’t changed in over a day and was a horrid stench by the side door. There was urine and hair all over the toilet when we first checked in. I won’t we using them again.

The bathroom was dirty hair everywhere (the little ones) all in the tub gag worthy and the open soap and shampoo still sitting in the soap holder so gross and the people above us had what sounded like an animal jumping and running all night long even woke up up at 1am running across the floor

The original key they gave us was for someone else’s room. We didn’t get the room we booked. The room we did get had cockroaches!! Needless to say, we didn’t stay there!

It sucked. Awful customer service and staff. They were rude. Do not stay here!

This hotel was rather dirty in the common areas. I’ve included a picture of the elevator. I meant to take more pictures but I was preoccupied with other matters. A lot of noise and yelling from other rooms. Doesn’t feel safe. The room had no remote for the TV and the front desk had no extras. Owners just don’t seem to care. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The toilet bowl had obviously not been cleaned recently, by the ring around the water line. The door to the bathroom door looked like it had something splashed on it.

Stayed at this inn a couple months ago.needed to be in town for a court hearing. booked a reservation at about 10 AM.Minutes before 5PM received confirmation my court hearing date was postponed two weeks.Tried to cancel. Inn required i cancel through the booking agent. when the booking agent tried to cancel, inn said the site manager was unavailable until the next day. Next day, the inn adopted the attitude i was a no-show. Know I know why this Inn's parking lot is mostly empty.Poor customer service. Not even considering booking this Inn for any of my future stays which could be as many as ten nights.

Room definently could have been cleaner. Hair in tub.didn't look like it was vacuumed

Very disappointed in our stay. The room was dirty. There was very little food for the continental breakfast. We went to ihop after seeing what was offered to us. The pictures on the website are very deceiving. The pictures are nothing like the actual hotel. Don’t waste your money on this hotel.

Didn't like that the bathtub was dirty and the bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been clean. Over half of the wash cloths we were given to use were stained and looked dirty.
