Amazing hotel, really warm indoor swimming pool, great location, and the best breakfast ever.

Beautiful hotel very clean and very friendly staff

It was good except that we couldn’t sleep and one night due to neighbors partying in the room next door. The walls are paper thin. The hotel didn’t do anything about the noise that night even though we complained several times.

The staff were rude and condescending when I tried to report a fault with the room air conditioning blowing out hot air on a hot night. The sink was blocked and not fixed.

Such a friendly hotel, the staff are very courteous and helpful. Great for families.

Liked that is had apartments for families. Didn’t like the rocky beach so much

Loved the heated pool and Acqua restaurant was excellent -delicious and high quality.

Overall a good hotel however I was disappointed on the Friday night when there was a lot of noise from upstairs of dragging furniture preparing for a wedding party for some reason late at night and then the loud music and a bass speaker pounding on the Saturday night right through until 3am (I rang reception around 1:30am), we left the next day (after waking up to rubbish and cigarette butts on the balcony from the party) as we were checking out I mentioned it to the man at reception who tried fobbing me off by telling me the party as on the fifth floor while we were on the first, he said he would mention it to management but until then I would say avoid this hotel at weekends as they have parties going on until the early hours above the rooms.

We had a big room overlooking the sea with a comfortable bed and full size fridge. The 'heated' pool was as cold as the outdoor one but neither got busy so it waa no problem to find a spot. The breakfast buffet and food was good but the Vento restaurant lacked atmosphere. There was lot of scraping of chairs across tile from the room upstairs and there was a wedding in the hotel on our last night. The music went on until the early hours and would have been nice to have received a warning.

Location and views great. Worth paying for sea view. Free bike hire for duration of your stay which is a great bonus and makes it so easy to cycle along flat promenade into sitges centre. Rooms a little old fashioned and bathrooms could do with an update. Had a 1 bedroom apartment, handy to have kitchenette for making simple meals. Sofa bed needs replacing, mattress very thin and uneven. Hotel communal areas good, 2 pools. Gym poorly equipped, no water facility or ability to clean the few bits of equipment that get covered in sweat.
