Residence Inn By Marriott Fort Collins

Even with the COVID restrictions, our room was clean and quiet. The only disappointment was the pool was closed and the furnace was off the bedroom with the return air and it seemed it let in a lot of cold air and was noisy. Luckily we had an extra blanket so it wasn’t really bad.

The staff were very nice and the property was clean. I had everything I needed and I felt safe. I liked that there was a nice little lagoon/walking path to walk my dog in the morning.

I didn't like that it was not a king bed. It was also handicapped accessible (a surprise) and the shower flooded the rest of the bathroom.

My only issue was the Lobby was not well marked. We arrived late and it was very dark...but because we could not find a sign saying”LOBBY” we had to drive around a few times. After driving so long it was frustrating. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was nice. The area was excellent since we had activities in Loveland and Fort Collins.

Unfortunately we were given accessible room which is not really preferred if your not using a wheel chair. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Covid precautions were being followed by staff and guests. We were able to fill a bag with a good choice of breakfast items. We had to go to the front desk to get items missing from our room. Room was small but fit our needs for a short stay.

Room wasn’t clean. There was still crumbs on the cutting board and it appeared that the bathroom floors had not been cleaned. The people in the room next to me were smoking weed and the fire alarm in their room kept going off. I let the front desk know about it but it happened again at 6 am the next morning. The only benefit was the fact that they let your pet stay for free if you are visiting the CSU vet. I brought my dog in for a pace maker and was too tired to deal with the issues. Likely won’t be staying here again.

The staff were friendly and courteous, I greatly appreciated that! The property was a bit out of date and needs work, especially on the outside.

Location was great. Service was on point. The room was spacious and spotless. It was an ideal set up for three people.

There was a cold blower directly across from the bed which blew constantly all night long. It was noise and cold. The room was clean and the check in smooth.

Christmas decorations were exceptional. Excellent customer service by friendly staff.
