Americas Best Value Inn San Mateo San Francisco

I needed to get a room for the night and made this place my quick pick. It is my complete overall satisfaction with everything this place has to offer,that in turn was the motivating factor for writing a review. The Americas best value inn in San Mateo, California is easy to find,you can see it right off the main freeway. Everybody working here was nice with no attitudes,just professional pleasnt people doing their job. Check in was quick and painless.My room was clean,top to bottom,elegant dark cherry hardwood floors with beautiful entertainment center flat screen TV everything seemed new. I actually thought I had been bumped up to a better room than I had paid for because I did not expect such a nice room for the price I paid. It was super comfortable and quite. I felt safe enough to walk out to my car barefoot at 2am to get my ear buds and leave the door to my room wide open. I slept like log and got up without any Hassel from the maids trying to rush me to leave like they do at other spots. I really did enjoy staying here and would highly recommend it.

In and out at the check in,friendly and nice guy working in the office. My room was super clean,it even smelled great,with nice hard wood floors,like dark cherry wood and matching entertainment center and desk. I slept like a log every night and didn't have a single problem. My key fob-room key never needed to be re-magnatized like I've had to do all the time staying at other hotels.

Anytime work sends me to the SF bay area,I don't care if the job is as far north as Santa Rosa or located down south past San Jose or even accross the bay bridge past Oakland,I will always stay here. It's right off the freeway,the rooms are clean and really nice with hard wood floors instead of nasty carpet like alot of other hotels and the people working here remember who you are and treat you like a friend not just another customer.

Ive stayed here many times for business and personal reasons. I have never experienced anything other than a warm welcome,a professional staff with superb management,and outstanding accomodations.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else but here! ...it's overall the very best place to stay! I could go on and on. No problems,great price(THE VERY BEST value),and the people working here are nice.

I extended my stay a few days and the process went so very smoothe. I made the arrangements and paid for a couple more days thru the hotels.com site and then slept in pretty late. It was super simple and easy for me to get the room key updated,in and out of the office in less than a minute. In my opinion this is real hospitality and customer service at its very best.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I didn't have a single negative issue with any aspect of my stay here. I had numerous appointments and meetings of such random and down right stressful matters in this time of chaotic uncertainty it was so reassuring to return to my room and experience a feeling of quiet normality just like home. ...there arent nosey employees with fake smiles,the house keeping workers stay out of your way and actually have respect for the do not disturb sign on the door. Its hard to find a place to stay like this where as soon as you check in you really truely feel like it's your place to stay at. Im going to find better ways to show my appreciation for the hospitality here. Thank you
