Leonardo Hotel Munich City Olympiapark

Overall the hotel was OK and very clean. The staff were very professional and polite. The only issue was the room, a Comfort Room. The AC was not very strong and the room was always warm. We even changed rooms but this still had the same issue. We asked to change

Have been staying in many hotels in Munich. Over the years as we visit family. I think we have found the one hotel that has everything in a lovely area to explore. Thee only issue I had which is a personal reference was the pillows, which I can live with. Would highly recommend, staff very friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel, service could not be better. Rooms a good size. I booked the basic/comfort room. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Trams tun to and from Munich centre regularly however we preferred to walk.

Absolutely atrocious "service" if you can even call it that. I had a confirmed reservation, and upon arrival very late at night, the night shift Front Desk attendant told me my reservation was cancelled due to a faulty credit card (which was total utter bullshit) and tells me there are no more rooms available. Any cancellation or problems with a faulty credit card should lead to a notification, but I did not receive any - because there was no problem. I knew immediately that they unilaterally decided to cancel my room and make a quick buck because I had not checked in. The Front Desk attendant continued to insist it was the credit card and wasted my time. He then tells me he can get me a room at another hotel 20 min away by taxi, which he cheekily expected me to pay for. He then attended other guests before sorting me out. I ended up going to another Leonardo hotel at 01:00am, also not having been able to eat anything. Front Desk attendant and the management that cancelled my room and wasted my time - again absolutely atrocious. Will never give this hotel chain another cent. And will certainly ensure that no one I associate with stays especially here.

The hotel and room are nicely furbished and modern, rich breakfast options, polite staff, easy public transportation access. The room was not properly cleaned (had garbage from the previous person staying in the room, dusty furniture).

Leonardo who works in the cafe for breakfast did a wonderful job and was very helpful in my wife and I having a very pleasant breakfast during our stay. He is the type of employee who is very valuable to your hotel! Your front desk staff was also very helpful when we checked in as well as when we were there in answering questions and in providing directions. Enjoyed your hotel and out time in Munich! Location , near to beer halls and the site of the Oktoberfest

maybe it is a different level of service here, but the person who made up our room, when it was available for service, neglected on different occasions to replace towels, coffee mugs, drinking glasses, toiletries, and other amenities. I had to ask for one or more of these things on 3 separate occasions. When I did put out the sign to service the room, some items were still left unreplaced. The bed was always made, however, and surfaces were wiped down.

Staff was great! The front desk helped us hold our luggage while we go to Aussen and see a castle.
