Comfort Inn Blue Ash North

Overall good stay. The night front desk clerk assigned me to a room where the key did not work three times. I ended up having to be reassigned to a different room. It took 30 minutes after checking to get this resolved and for me to get settled in my room. When I checked out the next day a new front desk clerk told me that room NEVER has a key that works. Just better communication with all staff night shift and day shift would help to prevent this mixup in the future.

The property lacked professionalism, adequate working equipment and has mold on the ceiling of rooms.

TERRIBLE! DO NOT STAY HERE. BOOKED FOR 3 DAYS, SHOULDN'T HAVE STAYED THE 1ST NIGHT. MOLD IN 319 AND 315. I THINK WE HAD TO BE THE ONLY GUEST THERE THAT DID'NT SMOKE WEED IN THIS SMOKEFEE HOTEL. WHEN I ASKED LEANN(FRONT DESK) ABOUT ALL THE WEED, SHE ASKED ME WHAT STATE I WAS FROM I TOLD HER AND SHE SAID IT WAS LEGAL! I ENCOUNTED 3 FRONT DESK WORKERS AND 1 HOUSEKEEPER NOT WEARING MASK. IN THE POOL AREA THE TILE ON SOME OF THE WALL IS MISSING AND IN THE CEILING IT SEEMED TO BE MISSING TILES OR VENTS THERE JUST BIG CUT OUT SPACES. WHOEVER IS DOING MAINTENANCE NEEDS TO GET SOME TRAINNING. THE MOLD IN BOTH ROOMS IS JUST LEFT OF THE AIR CONDITION BEHIND THE CURTAIN. IN THE BATHROOM #319 LEFTSIDE OF THE OUTSIDE OF THE TUB. ICE MACHINE ON 3RD FLOOR DOES NOT WORK. WOKE UP WITH HEADACHE, RUNNY NOSE AND SORE THROAT, DIDN'T KNOW IF IT WAS COVID-19 OR REACTION TO ALL THE MOLD. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH COMFORT INN AND REALLY HOPE THE GM/OWNER LOOKS INTO HOW THIS HOTEL IS BEING RAN. THIS IS NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY AND NOT SAFE, BIG HEALTH RISK!

The second floor as soon as the elevator doors open you smell marajauna. The 1st room smelled of cigarettes smoke with a big iron burn in the middle of the floor. The second room the bed was filfthy. The pool was Dirty, cloudy with no working filter or pump. It looked like dirty bath water. When I asked about the pool before I even went in the pool area I was told by the manager that they had just put shock in it so that's why it looked so cloudy. This hotel turned motel is not for a family friendly environment, more a smoky residential stay and pay motel. It not a safe place to bring your family.

Kids were playing in the hallways at 2:30 am knocking on doors and playing loud music. Carpet was wet, window wouldnt shut, air conditioner was not working right.

Our room was nice and service was nice but at night there was always people running in and out of the hotel and it smelt like weed after like 10:00pm

First lets start with when i checked in, it was people hanging out front music blasting. I check in she is not sure of people are in rooms. She gives me a key. I walk in a room thats occupied. But when i got off the elevator the music was blasting. I go back tell her someone is in that room, then she trys to give me a room next to the loud music, i said no. I finally get a room on the first floor next to the pool. It smells horrible in the room, i got buy cleaning products and a candle. The room had bugs flying around in there. I try to put something in the fridge and cant6. Its a big ice block in it. Another guest now has to change it out to a dirty fridge they had in the back becauae there was no maintenance. The next day i leave out for the day, come back locked out my room. My keys was deactivated and the front desk agent stated she was just about to go check was someone in that room, mind you i had a 3 day reservation. They two agents there was talking, she gets me back in the room. At 1230 almost 1am i get a call asking me was someone on the room. Really I just came from the front desk talking to them not even 2hrs before. The next day my key was again deactivated. Just horrible, people outside barbequing around cars.

The lady at the front desk talk some much ot was a line out the door it literally took us 30min to check in. It was only 4 people in front of us. The microwave didn’t work either so we had to keep going up to the front desk to heat up our food.

Rooms was completely dirty, carpets nastry like it hasn’t been vacuumed in months, no trash can to throw garbage away? Dead bugs on sheets, flies in room. Terrible terrible terrible.

Excellent choice. In-door pool was a Godsend. Would of loved to had the breakfast open to give a full evaluation but would recommend and going back
