SFO Airport Hotel, El Rancho Inn BW Signature Collection

El Rancho Inn Checked in and paid for 8 days 1st room was not-covid ready, as there were visual dirt in the bathroom. We brought our own disinfectant so we looked past it. Then we found out that the refrigerator did not work. Front desk said we could change rooms so we changed rooms Tuesday morning. 2nd room Wet entry way Used towels in the bathroom Visible dirt Shower did not work- no water 3rd room Toilet leaked loudly all day and night. We were tired of room switching so we decided to handle go directly to the property manager. We felt at this point the issues at hand needed to be escaped beyond communicating with staff and housekeeping. The next morning, we waited for the manager to start his 8oclock shift. His name is Roger's. We respectful approached the manager to begin telling him our what were experiencing to not only to bring these issues to his attention, but to let him know how unacceptable, inconvenient and completely negative our stay had been thus far. We wanted to point out that each room had issues from a the lack of working appliances or bad plumbing. Before we were able to speak, he shouted at us demanding we tell him what we wanted to do about it. We were stunned and appalled by the lack of accountability and the poor customer service. We decided to see if an upgraded room would help. Roger's rudely brushed us off and communicated with housekeeping telling us we either could be upgraded or refunded for

The building is kind of old. But the equipments are good. The stuffs are friendly and willing to help.

Tried to stay here 4 nights. Checked out after 1 night. The hotel lets people live here and they are comfortable. Smoking outside their rooms in chairs. Letting kids skateboard up and down the halls. Arguments with guests since they live here. They treat it like an apartment. And there were people partying in the back all night. Not a family friendly hotel. Im surprised it had 3+ stars. Very deceitful

Service was great. Check in took 3 minutes. Entire compound was clean. Rooms were most excellent. I was very happy with my stay.

The hotel was huge and really cool. The room was very clean, the nicest towels ive seen in any hotel. It had shutters on the double pane windows and the shower was huge.

It is always good to stay there

I stayed 5 night and used same towels , no cleaning lady came to clean the sheets and put new towels , I think at least every other day must be clean .

This hotel was cute. Th room itself was a little small and dated with brown tile in the bathroom and a shower door that wouldn't close. Only 2 pillows on the bed for me and my husband to share. No microwave and they had an ant problem. we threw away the trash from our breakfast, went out for a few hours and came back to bathroom full of ants. I'm sure it would be much nicer if the restaurant was open but covid messes up everything.
