Older BW franchise close to Schipol. but shuttle bus service was very slow. Friendly and competent staff and the rooms are clean but a little dated. Hard to say anything about hotel amenities during the pandemic, but there is a small restaurant and bar at the property. Good value for a short stay at Amsterdam airport.

Stuck one night in Amsterdam - good place to stay
Location of hotel was difficult as it was quite a distance from any stores or restaurants (other than the McDonalds). I was able to rent a bike and find some nice restaurants and grocery stores after a 10-min ride which made my stay much more enjoyable. The hotel room was decent, although I had a difficult time adjusting the room temperature (it was hot despite turning off the heater). Room and bed were comfortable. My main memory from this stay would be missing the morning airport shuttle and having a kind hotel employee (shuttle driver) drive me to the airport. Thanks for helping me make my flight!

What we got was exactly as expected for the price we paid. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed a little run down once out of the reception and bar areas. We arrived late at night and walking through the corridors was a bit like walking through the shinning hotel with flashing/faulty lights. The room was clean and warm but again abit run down with some of the furniture abit tired/damaged

Excellent service from the restaurant & bar. Staff very friendly and professional. The hallway lights to the rooms are automatic (good) but flicker on too slowly and doesn't get bright fast enough; Walking in the dark. Suggest switch bulbs to LED.

Good Rate, early check-in was no problem, good clean room, breakfast was average, but covered the basics. I'll be back.

the hotel is very convenient for transfer flight in AMS the only prob is the thermostate in the room is not really working and we stayed several in that hotel and each time the room was very cold and not way to get it confortable temperature
