The rooms was not very clean. Apart from the reception administration staff no body understands English well We order breakfast to be served 7:30 a time slot that hotel provided and we ticked the box And ticked what we wanted only few choices As soon as I got to breakfast room I was told to seat showed my room no to staff In 25 minutes I asked for breakfast 3 times as I had a flight to catch and need to leave by 8:30 They are a lot of breakfast on display but you are not allowed to touch them due to Covid no self service We just left for our room to get luggage down on the way out we get a call saying breakfast ready no word of apology from anyone The best thing about this hotel was it’s located and nothing else very noisy traffic from 3rd floor We have been to Italy many times first time we had come across rude staff and terrible service it is disgusting that we were given a room that not been cleaned properly we had to chuck someone else’s rubbish in the bin We have friends in Italy this the 19th visit will not be staying at this place again

Very clean hotel, staff helpful and breakfast delicious.

I loved this hotel practically till last minute of my stay there. First all pros: location - you can't beat it clean rooms great breakfast Con: what an unpleasant surprise at the check out. I been informed at the last moment that there is a city tax which is 14 Euro per night. To be clear...I don't have a problem with city tax and paying that. My huge issue is with the front desk of this hotel that they should notify their clients at the check in that there will be city tax to pay at check out and how much it is. they are the one who collects this tax on city behalf so an absolute minimum that I would expect from them is short notification at the begonning.

This property was in a great location. Walkable to Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps and a quick taxi to other main attractions. Taxi stand right outside the entrance! Very nice employees and breakfast. Would definitely stay again and recommend - a great value.

Great location. Within easy walking distance of buses and Trevi Foubtain. Great breakfast. Wifi was ok, a little slow. Very quiet rooms. Typical European hotel furnishings. Safe area. Staff was really nice.

I like the location in the middle of city center! All shops and restaurant are near by ! I don’t like the inability to get there in private car

We were traveling with our one year old baby, and this was truly the perfect hotel! A few things that we liked: The hotel provided a crib, free of charge, which was extremely convenient. We booked the triple room, which meant there we could close the door to the beds when the baby was sleeping, and we also had a bathtub, which made bath time so much easier! The free breakfast was so convenient (tip: request espresso from the wait staff rather than the automatic machines) and they even had high chairs! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It is also nice that eventually there will be a restaurant in the hotel, but we didn't get to experience this. Cons: My biggest complaint is that we chose this hotel for the convenience of the restaurant, which was under construction during our stay. We ended up being more flexible than anticipated with the baby, but a prior notification would have been nice. The room itself was pretty basic in terms of decor, and the breakfast was not particularly impressive. Location: a block from the Trevi Fountain, was within 20 minutes walking distance of the major sites. It was close to one of the better shopping areas north of the hotel. If we hadn't had the baby I might have stayed in a neighborhood with better food/ less touristy, but for a family this was perfect!
