Best Western Coyote Point Inn

My stay at the Best Western (during covid) was very enjoyable. Staff was friendly, cleanliness was great, and they even offered a go bag complimentary breakfast with pastries, water, and fruit. Great stay during these trying times.

I stayed here last time with my other half and it was fine. The room we had - had a view of the parking. Facing the golf course. This time I was facing the backyard with the trees. For some reason my room was totally different. The bathroom seemed more worn( older) Bed was comfy and clean. I stayed the night because of an unprecedented events and couldn’t go home. The person at the front desk helped right away giving her a little bit of my crazy evening. I was so exhausted and just wanted to lay down and sleep already. She gives me the key card for room 303. Then hollers me back to say it’s actually room 304. I take the elevator, and room 304 won’t open. I used the key card fro room 303 and it opened. I was freaked out to that someone was already in 303. So she still gave me the wrong key card for the wrong room. She never activated room 304z Exhausted and all— I have to take the elevator, go down and tell her it’s not workin. She doesn’t really fully apologize knowing how tired I am and the ordeal I went thru already. I go upstairs and try the first key card. Again, it doesn’t work. Honestly I was ready to complain - I tried the second and finally it opened. I opened the door slowly because I’m afraid someone was sleeping in the room already. But thankfully it was the right room. It was poor customer service on her behalf. She should’ve apologize for the mistake and be more sympathetic or showed more empathy. She was emotionless. 🙄😪

Excellent guest relations! The room was spacious with extra space for a couch and table. It’s a one mile hike to Coyote Point Recreation Area on the Bay which was beautiful.

Good location. Excellent customer service. But needs to upgrades.

Pretty good for the price,update and clean plus free parking lot that in San Francisco is really important

The good: The front desk employees were friendly and nice. The bad: My room was not clean.... the toilet was disgusting to the point where I didn’t want to use it. I saw hair clips and other items on the floor by the couch when I entered. One of the towels had some dirt marks on it....

The hotel was quiet but parking was a bear. I feel corvid had a lot to do with that.

Some of the sheets had small stains and you couldn’t draw the curtains, only the sheer ones. Made for a very bright sleep. Other than that, the staff was very friendly. Good for a quick trip.

This hotel is dirty I found a dirty blanket behind the couch and used towels in my bathroom. I also found popcorn kernels by the side of my bed. I called front desk for a clean towel to shower and had two call twice to let them know. The towel never showed up. I also let him know my room was dirty and the front desk guy said there’s nothing i can do call back later.
