This place is run down, in need of a major restoration. The management is incompetent and unprofessional. They liked to me about the police giving them a fine for a room I wasn't on yet ...

Need to sterilize more i was biten by a bug. I believe a bed bug.

The hotel has changed owners and we usually stay here when we come to town but the property has declined quite a bit. The smoke detector was sitting on the dresser. They have removed the mini fridges and microwaves from the rooms. We stepped out after checking in and requested an ice bucket but when we retured the remote to the tv was removed from our room and I had some poison ivy cream that was missing from my room.

A bit unorganized, under staffed, overpriced and can use a cleaning

The place was some what run down. Which isn’t a big deal honestly. I’ve stayed in far worse. The problem I had was that in the two nights I slept there or TRIED to sleep for lack of better words I was kept awake throughout the entire night by ghetto/trashy activities. The first night someone a few doors down was trying to break down someone’s door for about two hours, kicking punching hitting beating on it. This all took place around 2 in the morning. Hotel staff did nothing about it. And then a little later on cops came and knocked on everyone’s doors looking for someone. Mind you I was there on a business/work trip and I had to be at work at 5 am. The next night more trashy activities took place by people fighting and arguing almost all night from about 1 in the morning until the time I had to leave the hotel for work. Screaming yelling swearing ... once again the hotel did nothing about it. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had staying in a hotel out of all the years I’ve been doing this and all the hotels around the country and world that I have stayed in. Congratulations, and thank you for only allowing me maybe two hours of sleep the entire three days I was there.

My stay there start off bad we arrived at 3:35 pm we checked in they gave us room 212 when got to the room they were still cleaning it so we had to stand in the hallway so my husband went back to the front desk and they gave us room 308.The very next day problem number 2 i was in the room had just gotten dress and a woman from house keeping just open the door without knocking at state on her paper the room should have been vaccant i proceeded to so her my confirmation then she proceeded to call to check with the front desk still no apology then later that day my husband went back to the room and the key card didn't work so he had to back to the front desk to get another key . upon check out i ask to speak with a manager no manager on duty then i called the next day still no manager poor service .just to add there was another couple with compliants and no manger to address the issues

The rooms are very & but the Starr are very rude & no considerate the police have been called multiple times by customers and staff members it was not a peace stay at all they don’t answer the phone you have to run to the front desk

The front desk staff was lousy. The room looked clean but the elevator smelled and the bathroom's showerhead had rust and blue stuff around it.
