Scottish Inn & Suites

The room was booked because of a mandatory evacuation due to a plant explosion. When i arrived i was told the room had been given away. I never did find another room that night, anywhere. Very disappointed.

some of the best things were the helpful Staff, the clean and working Fridge. For a quick stop or a day or 2 it was right for the Price. Though older it was great

My wife and I booked this hotel for a three night stay based on the price and ratings (3.8 out of 5). It wasn't a disaster by any means but was not even to the fairly relaxed standards that we expected. The bed was fine but the room felt a bit musty, perhaps from sitting vacant without the A/C on for too long. Towels and wash cloths were very thin and, while they changed them each day, some were partially yellow as though they were either very old or were used as cleaning rags. The breakfast that was advertised as complementary was a joke some days, non existent other days. On the days it was offered it comprised a few packaged muffins, cold cereal, and coffee. We went out for breakfast each day (found an incredible bakery called Rao's around the corner). Finally, I slept fine but my wife was awakened by truck noise from the adjacent freeway. Net, with so many other choices of hotels in the area we won't be going back here.

Rooms smelled like smoke horribly. Would never stay there again

I was looking for a reasonable price hotel with nothing too fancy, just the basics. This one was nice for that. I would return.

could use a outside uplift, the rating was too high but the room was ok for a one night travel thru

just a quick one night stay on my way to Ft.Myers.Check in was a breeze and the gentleman behind the desk was very courteous andhelpful

Room was OK. Carpeting had burns from iron and sink was damaged, but didn't leak. Worse part... Owner/manager called my room at 10:30am while I was showering to tell me I had to be out of room by 11am. Weird... never had that happen to me anywhere else in the world. Won't be staying there again.
