Crowne Plaza Fort Myers

Overall a nice stay for the weekend Good made to order breakfast. A larger selection would be better. But no complaints The hard pillows were big and firm. But there also were 2 softer ones

It was super nice, the breakfast was fantastic beds comfortable! Rooms should be a bit cleaner but other then that great stay will be back!

The hotel was clean and staff nice, but the air conditioning is way out of date and the unit in my room went from sounding slightly loud when turning on around 9pm, to sounding like a kettle blowing its top as loudly as it could for several minutes at 2am, and then it proceeded to get louder each time it turned on after that. When I complained to the manager at the desk in the morning, she said she couldn’t discount what I’d paid because it was booked through a third party and only after I asked did she offer a free future night (to which she only gave me her business card so we’ll see if that actually works when I call to book it). She said I should’ve called when it happened in the middle of the night; well I’m sorry, I didn’t think it’d continue to get worse after it wasn’t even a problem when I’d fallen asleep.. and waking up to pack up my stuff, put clothes on, have to interact with another human and move rooms at 2am wasn’t my first thought or choice after being woken up to a loud screaming noise, plus I would’ve then been wide awake after having to get up and move around... I’m going to try them a 2nd time, but all the reviews that say the 3rd floor rooms have AC issues are 100% correct.

It was great! Price was right pool was very nice. Hotel is older but overall great quality.

Disappointed. Pictures hide the small size and poor condition of the hotel. One of the two elevators needs to be repaired and recertified.

My stay at this hotel was amazing. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel, and my privacy. I did not like the room I was in my last stay, however, and I stayed there every week for a few days at a time for business. The AC unit was too loud, otherwise, my stay was exceptional. This is the only hotel in the Fort Myers area that caters to my comfort and I would definitely recommend it to others.

The hotel room & bed was very comfortable & the staff was knowledgeable and communicated well. The sports bar serves great food. I had the California salad and the sweet potato fries. I drink the IPA beer!

I stayed here two nights and enjoyed my stay very much! I was upgraded to the 5th floor my first night (I think it costs $10 more normally) and it was really nice. Just little differences like bigger bed pillows and a larger tv. I would say worth the upgrade. The hotel was super clean, the beds very comfortable (A+ for bedding too), the shower hot with great pressure, and the carpet even passed my barefoot test. I couldn't figure out how to reach the shower nozzle without spraying myself with cold water was my only complaint here lol. I am sure there has to be a way! Only the glass door far from the nozzle will open into the shower so you are standing in front of the nozzle when you turn it on. Breakfast from the restaurant downstairs was just ok, but dinner was very good, huge portions. I give the hotel a 5/5 and would gladly stay there again! Its not new and modern but its clean and comfortable and one of my favorite hotel stays by far! They are doing a great job regarding covid too! You wont be disappointed here!

The check in is easy and quick. Staff is super nice and friendly.. Rooms are large and clean and comfortable with everything needed for the stay. Love this hotel
