Comfort Inn & Suites West Chester - North Cincinnati

Been here a few years ago but was much better. I’m very disappointed and disgusted, not a clean place at all, service is terrible, I didn’t even unpack just went somewhere else and didn’t want to use Expedia since it’s a nonrefundable booking being same day. Just don’t come here unless they do a major renovation of building and employees

The staff at this hotel was great. Very accommodating and willing to help. It’s such a shame that all that quality customer service has to be at this nasty dated hotel. I moved my room three times. The rooms were all old and dated. The curtains and floor was stained. The pulled had a someone’s shirt tucked in the mattress. The air conditioning kept going out. A total mess. I would if left but my sons baseball team were all staying here and my son wanted to be with the team.

The hotel itself was very nice for the price, however, the bathroom in our room was not. There were dirty wash rags still in the shower and the toilet seat was dirty. Not very cleanly considering current situations.

We booked for specifically for swim time. As a small family adventure. Unfortunately they used way too much chlorine in their pool and gave all of us rashes. I had to run to Walmart to get creams, face wash and lotions. My 3 years old even developed a rash on her private area causing her to scream when going to the bathroom. Overall the room was fine. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest but served its purpose

The only complaint I have is our last night - our neighbor's door was slamming over and over again between 2:30-3:15am keeping us awake. It slammed at least 8-10 times.

The staff is always friendly and the hotel is always clean. The only thing I miss is having housekeeping daily. I don’t need the bed made but it would be nice if they would come in and empty the trash and replace towels if needed.

Place was very nice would recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Hairs all over the bathroom, stains on furniture. Staff slow to respond.

The hotel smell vary bad, like old and not clean!

Tub doesnt hold water and desperately needs replacing, not always coffee and hot water (for tea) available, first aid kit in pool area is nearly empty and doesnt seal against moisture, pool emergency exit door is rusted through on bottom. Fruit at breakfast was questionable (brown bananas), key cards failed after 1 day. Shower was nice & hot, breakfast was out on time and always well stocked, fitness area was clean, was inconvenient to have carts in the hall on the way to breakfast.
