Great service , excellent staff , clean, big rooms
Great stay.
We had a decent stay. It was a trip with family and the rooms were spacious. We were comfortable. The cons would be; No microwave in room Coffee place never answers the phone to take orders. What u do is call the front desk and give them ur order. I came down on my last day and asked the guy about the phone. He joked with humor, picking up the phone and putting it to his ear saying " its no ring". Elevators didnt work Dated dresser, desk I booked 2 rooms to be a joining. The rooms could not be acommidated so I had two seprate rooms. One was on the street side with very loud traffic. I could not switch rooms and I had a 2 day stay. Found out they turn over rooms very quickly so im concerned about Covid. The have 2 types of bookings. You can book a room for the day from 9-5pm. Thats just so weird but ok. I came sown to ask for towels and seen a couple on the lobby. Same situation as me. They switched one of their rooms. Interstingly enough, they were dealing with a nice lady in the evening. I delt with Shelly, I think her name was. She seemed to be in panic mode the whole time so maybe it was too much for her? I will say she did get us in early, about 10am in one of our rooms and that was nice.
Hotel was great! Staff was great! Housekeeping great!!! Elevator broke down on my departure day. Had to take stairs from 3 rd floor!
Great hotel with a very accommodating staff. Only issue was Expedia was tardy in getting us a confirmation for our reservation. Created an issue at checkin.
There was anti-septic wipes which was a nice touch. The issue was, there wasn’t any really breakfast option. Especially for someone who has a gluten intolerance. All they had was Starbucks, but upon checking in they said there was breakfast from 6:30-10-am. I had a guest come leave a gift for my wife, and they wouldn’t let her use the bathroom in the check in area, they had her friend wait until we arrived. I thought that was awful rude. We always use the Marriott when traveling and we were disappointed of the staff in this location compared to other Marriotts we stay at.
The air conditioning kept shutting off. We woke up several times in the night trying to get it to work. The fridge was not plugged in when we got into the room. We had to pull the furniture out to plug it in and then wait for it to get cold.
Everyone was kind and helpful. Great location; clean
The gals at the front desk where pleasant and made checking in easy.
