Staybridge Suites Co Springs-Air Force Academy

There were 7 of us and we got the 2 bedroom suite, AMAZING! We absolutely loved it! the only complaints i have is that the chlorine in the hot tub was really strong. it was unbearable and i couldn't be in there longer than 10 mins. and the gran n go breakfast was not good, wish the hotnbar would open back up. but i understand is due to the corona virus. other than that it was awesome. great atmosphere.

Great hotel, even better than the pictures and better than we expected. Beautiful view of the mountains. Close to great trails. Stayed in the two bedroom suite and it was amazing and comfortable.

Everything was wonderful. The only thing is that if your suite happens to be under the gym, like mine was, then you will be kept up late and woken up really early by the jogging machine. Maybe, management should put a bigger note or sign on the exercise machine so that people do not use before or after certain times. First night, we were woken up at 1130 p.m. by a jogger. Both mornings that we were there, we were woken at 630 a.m. Maybe lock the doors until 8 a.m. and close after 9 p.m. Other than that, it was wonderful. There is a beautiful creek behind the hotel. Nice pool and basketball court for kids. All employees super helpful. Breakfast very good even under covid restrictions.

A very clean facility albeit a bit tired. Our beds had excellent mattresses and pillows. Nice outdoor pool, hot tub, basketball court and an area for grilling complete with propane grills. We had a suite that consisted of 2 bedrooms with three Queen beds. Also the couch was a hide-abed. Our room did not have the standard/typical minimum handicap features found in newer facilities. If that is important to you, I would recommend an accessible room. The breakfast was disappointing (may be impacted by Chovid-19 restrictions). Overall, a good option for the family that is dog friendly.

We were there for a week-long visit as part of work. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite unit. Traveling during the pandemic is a different experience, to be sure, and we were glad to see clear signage regarding required mask wearing and social distancing upon entering the main lobby area. In general, the guests appeared to be following these guidances. However, upon check-in, we saw two people who did not wear masks and were not challenged by staff - upon inquiry, we found that one of them were related to the owner. Disappointing. Upon getting into our room, we did an initial wipedown of all high contact surfaces, counters etc. It was during this that we were dismayed to find hairs in the shower and one of the beds as well as a general poor odor associated with the room. This odor pervaded the room, the hallways, the stairwells and the elevator in fact. Moreover, it appeared to be a constant throughout our stay. We had spent a good deal of time working on sanitizing our room and were reticent to inform management about the issues we found as we just weren't interested in dealing with this during an extremely busy business trip, including additional exposure to cleaning crew in the context of the pandemic. On the whole, we were surprised by the high ratings given by past guests as these were the ratings that we used in making a decision on staying. We will not be returning to this property.

It was ok... not great but ok. The room wasn’t very clean, and the first floor smelled like a college apartment. The staff was friendly though!

Front desk manager was great and good COVID setup. Location is great with plenty of restaurants nearby. Close to Garden of Gods and Pikes Peak area as well as Air Force Academy. Hotel is probably due for a renovation (room wise) but was clean and comfortable.

The land in back of the hotel is absolutely breathtaking.. and the exterior of the building is nice and well kept.

Extremely clean and large rooms, and exceptional front desk staff. Great value for the price and much nicer than most pet-friendly hotels.
