Miss the Hot food from the Hotel
I was checked in by Megan her service was great as every interaction has been with her before I come here a lot last time she helped me find a room with an Ethernet plug that way I could still work remotely she went above and beyond and was very friendly and professional. Upon checking out however I was trying to ask Michelle about being charged more money than I was told for the deposit she immediately got rude with me and said it was hotels.com and she was wrong so when I tried to explain to her Again she kept cutting me off and I couldn't finish explaining to her that like I had mentioned to begin with this was a charge for the deposit not the pre paid 1 night stay I already paid for online. She kept saying nope it was hotels.com when she kept getting rude with me I got rude back with her she said she would see to it that I could never stay there again. Which is not fair because she was unprofessional first and all I was doing was asking about being charged 75.00 for deposit when I checked in Megan told me it was 50.00 but Michelle wouldn't even here me out I used some profanity but so did she. This lady needs to be let go or retrained again on how to give effective customer service. I will be contacting the higher ups at this hotel becausethe way I was treated by her was unacceptable and the many times I've been there no one has ever talked to me the way she did and I've had problems before with being charged more than I should. It's not fair for her to say I can't stay
Friendly staff Clean room and property I'll stay there again.
The hotel lobby was very clean and the staff greeted us immediately upon entering. The check-in and check-out process was easy and fully contact-less. The room was immaculate as well as the bathroom. Felt safe and well take care of.

Everything was great but the housekeeping was super loud woke me up two days in row being super loud. I had late check out and they were banging on my door at 11
The check in process took some time bc the front desk person was away. Once he returned he wasn’t very friendly. Other than that small hiccup the hotel was nice and clean. The beds were comfy and it served its purpose for the two nights I was there. I would recommend it.
